Villa in Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain - Situated Just 1.5km From The Nerja And Its Beaches

This lovely rural villa is situated on a plot of 700m2 and just 1.5 kilometres from the beaches of Nerja. Its landscaped gardens offer views to both the sea and the mountains. The villa is equipped for a maximum of six people and has three bedrooms, each with hot and cold air conditioning units. There are two family size bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all electrodomestic appliances. The lounge/dining room provides comfortable accommodation and also has hot & cold air conditioning. The television has many English speaking channels. The fireplace also provides heating to all the rooms within the property as well as the air-conditioning in the bedrooms making it an ideal choice in the cooler months of the year. Externally the villa boasts a good sized pool (8.5 x 4m) with an incorporated Jacuzzi of 2.2m in diameter. The gardens are meticulously kept and the lawns are a welcome advantage for families with small children. Six sun loungers are provided, covered porch area with table and chairs, BBQ area and private parking.

We had a wonderful holiday. The villa was comfortable and fulfilled our needs in every way. Our party spanned three generations and the area of Nerja had something for all of us. My only complaint is that time went by too quickly!

Excellent villa

The villa and it's garden are immaculate - everything is as per the description. There's a great view from the terrace - day and night. The fire is a great asset for winter evenings although the days were very warm. It's an interesting 30 minute walk to the town through the allotments, if you don't want to drive. The Nerja area has lots of accessible countryside, as well as the coast, and Granada is within easy reach. The owners are local and contactable if needed. Recommended for a peaceful stay.

Villa Angelyn - reccomended

We stayed at Villa Angelyn in June 2014 and would heartily recommend it.

I would recommend hiring a car. We did and we found the villa to be ideally located offering peace, tranquility & privacy but only 5 minutes drive from all that is on offer in Nerja – supermarkets, restaurants, beaches etc. The views up to the mountainside and also down to the sea at Nerja are stunning and within a few hours were relaxed and enjoying our holiday

The villa is stunning in appearance the online photos do not do it justice!!, it is very well maintained and is finished to a very high standard inside and out . Caroline one of the owners of the property is helpful & friendly the instructions on how to get there were perfect and Caroline was on hand to show us around on our first day. The facilities were excellent inside and out and we could not have asked for any more from our 2 weeks in Spain

Family Paradise

We stayed in this property for a week and we really enjoyed it, the pool, jacuzzi, jacuzzi bath, huge BBQ and the garden around, everything to spend some relax family time. It is a bit of the track and could be worried about the motorway, but you dont hear anything as the house is lower than the road. View is great. The only thing I would have a word to say about is the mattress quality which could be upgraded. Both Carolina and Jose provided an excellent timely service, cleaning up the pool during the week in the morning, you wouldn't even know they came. I have kept the details as I would not hesitate to go back in the future.

Owner's Response: Just a note to add to this review new mattresses and bed bases were bought for all bedrooms not long after these clients stayed in the property.

Fantastic location to holiday for couples and families. Close proximity to beaches and mountains. No high rise block in Nerja. International tourist location. Lots of natural beauty.

Coast/Beach:

All of Nerjas beaches are a short distance from the property. Just 5 minutes by car or half an hour walking. Nerja offers a diverse variety of beaches along its coast. From the busier, restaurant filled beaches like Burriana to the quieter, more remote beaches like El Salon.

Travel:

Málaga airport is the nearest airport to Nerja, just 65 kilometres (45 minutes) away via the E15/A7 motorway. Car hire is recommended.

Nerja Town Centre: 1.5kms.

Frigiliana: 3kms.

Caves of Nerja: 3kms.

Please note that we recommend car hire as the property is located in a rural area. We do have taxis that service the area should you not wish to hire a car. There are no bars and restaurants in immediate walking distance and the roads around are not street lit.

Villa Angelyn is situated in a privileged location, being so close to the town of Nerja and yet in a rural, peaceful location next to the Rio Chillar. The white washed village of Frigiliana is just a few minutes drive north. The property boasts two good sized jacuzzi's, one inside the property to enjoy in the colder months of the year and one incorporated in the swimming pool to enjoy in the summer months.
