Apartment in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca - Modern Apartment With Pool, 3 Min Walk From The Pine Walk & main Square

Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment is ideally situated just a short walk from the Pine Walk beach and all of Puerto Pollensa's, restaurants, bars & shops.

The apartment has TV with UK channels and DVD players. There is Air Con/Heating supplied and all fitted to high standard. There is a kitchen for those that wish to self cater, with oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a utility area and a washing machine available for use. Utility area is brilliant for all those wet clothes and sandy beach gear.

The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom facilities and the remaining twin room and room with bunk beds can use the other bathroom facility.

There is the benefit of a sofa bed also should it be needed. We have suitable seating for toddlers and a portable cot available at no extra cost.

We have spent many holidays with friends throughout the year and enjoy our travels as often as possible.

Why Rachel & Chris Edwards chose Pollenca

This is one of the most lovely places to enjoy a holiday with young children or elderly parents. There is a great pace of life here but without the too many bars and clubs attracting the teenagers. The apartment is close walking distance to the pine walk (200m) and all the great restaurants. The block has it's own private pool area which is usually exclusively yours alone, and the apartment is on on the 1st floor which has a lift available with easy access for push chairs or wheelchairs.

There are good road links and buses to Pollensa and Alcudia should you want to leave the port, but with beautiful beaches and fantastic restaurants we are sure you will have a fantastic holiday.

What makes this apartment unique

We use this property as a second home and wanted to make it as comfortable as possible, with good beds and good furniture. We have a washing machine there too for the essential needs when holidaying with the children and the kitchen has a microwave, oven and everything you need if you want to self-cater.

The property also has a master bedroom with en-suite, a twin room with single beds and bunk beds. There is another bathroom too. The lounge has sofas and TV with DVD, we have also installed Sky which shows all UK free channels.

"It was very clean, light, airy, cool and with plenty of room. It seemed quite homely with the decor and pictures and the kids did make use of some of the DVD´s and videos in between their rations of sunshine. It was in a great location at the top end of town where the pedestrian area is, and just two minutes to stroll down to where most of the bars and restaurants are" - J Avery.



"Location a wee way back from the hubbub of the marine parade, but very close to everything. Very clean and lots of room - nice furniture and fixings. Found the videos and DVD´s especially valuable with a 2 year old. She watched Lion King repeatedly!" - T. Mangan.

Great Apartment, but noisy at night

The Apartment was great, well presented, equipped, clean and a great location. However there is a bar/restaurant directly below and though when open was not a problem, when it closed the level of noise was horrendous. They would be furniture moving, loud music while they where washing plates, pans etc and this would last from 12am to 1am-2am. Then in the morning deliveries would begin to arrive from 5am onwards for the supermarket at the corner of the block. This mainly affected the front bedroom. Myself and my husband tried the bunk beds at the rear as the bedroom with twin beds was occupied by my mum and daughter but not really comfy for adults. Shame as great apartment and location.

Owner's Response: We very much appreciate the honest and respectful feedback. We were very disappointed by this review and after 12 years have never had an issue. We have investigated the issue with the restaurant who have always been very respectful and never a problem. We can only apologise for any inconvenience but hopefully its not something that will reoccur.

Super apartment in a convenient location for Pine Walk and the beach! A well equipped apartment including beach toys which the kids loved. Pool was great for that early morning swim! Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend!

Superb :)

We visited in August to a lovely part of the island. We have 3 kids, 7, 14 and 16 who all really enjoyed the peaceful location. The apartment couldnt be any better. We arrived a little early but were allowed to leave our bags which was a massive help. The apartment is fantastic and feels like a home. It has everything you could need and the location situated about 5 mins from the beach was spot on. I would recommend this apartment and the location to anyone. We were able to relax at the pool or the beach and come back at the end of the day to the apartment to chill and get ready for a night in the town. Lots of places to eat.

We look forward to visiting again.

Rio apartment

We enjoyed our stay at rio apartment. It was spacious and nicely furnished. Our children particularly enjoyed the pool and the location of apartment which suited both my teenage sons and younger ones. Close to all amenities - the beach, restaurants, cafes and the lovely square. All the family had a great holiday and we certainly will return. Thank you

Can't wait to go back!

A really lovely apartment in a central location. It's large with lots of light and space. It felt like a home from home with the kitchen cupboards stocked from previous holidaymakers, books in the living room and lots of beach towels...always a bonus not to have to pack them! Main bedroom at the front opens onto the large balcony (also accessed from the living room) and has a large bathroom. there is another large bathroom off the living room for the other 2 bedrooms...1 with twin beds, the other with bunks. These rooms have lockable shutters on the windows, from where you can see the large clean pool (although we didn't use as we met friends in another property everyday). There are 2 large sofas and a dining table for 6 and also a TV/DVD player. You can rent DVDs from the hire shop underneath. Beyond the kitchen is a utility room with a washer and clothes dryer to hang your washing so you can go home with just the ironing to do!

The beach and promenade are 5 mins walk, which you can see from the balcony. The main town square with its wide choice of restaurants is also just 5 mins walk.

Overall, this property is well cared for, extremely clean and communications with the owner very good. Have booked again for next year.
