Top Floor: Large open "loft" like dinning, kitchen and living area with glass doors that access terraces, leading to garden with "Balinese" pagoda and private pool. 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower/wc and a seperate bathroom with bath. Ground floor: Separate guest apt with double sofa-bed, open kitchen and shower/wc room and seperate small room with sofa/single bed.

I bought my property in this area especially because it is very well located as the town of Santa Eulalia is only a 5 minute drive away and Ibiza town is approx 15 minute. It is also within walking distance to shops, beach etc but most of all because I fell in love with it!

Activity and Interests

Nearest Golf : 10 minutes away at 2 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : 5 minutes away at 100 Kilometres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

There are two beaches in within walking distance from the villa. One is a 10 minute walk and approx 1,5km away and is a typical sand beach where most holidaymakers go in the area and the other is a stone beach with a fantastic restaurant "Amante" which is a 20 min walk and approx 2km in distance.

Travel:

The villa is located approx 15km away from the airport but unless you want to explore the rest of the island, a car is not absolutely necessary as there are shops, bars, restaurants and beaches within walking distance.

Distances:

The main town is a 5 min walk away.

Further Details:

Apart from a large variety of bars and restaurants, there are also several ATM machines and car rental offices within walking distance of the villa. There is also a large outside fun-fair playground including big wheel and bumper cars, this runs throughout the season.

A 500 euro deposit is required to confirm the booking and is held as a security bond to cover breakages etc until after inspection on departure. The full rental amount is required in cash upon arrival.

The villa is very quiet although not completely isolated as it does have neighbours on either side. It is possible to sunbathe in private whilst enjoying the pool and outside area. It is also a great villa for relaxing as it has all you need. When I wasn't working I sometimes spent a week without leaving the villa!

Notes:

  • Outside: 700m2 of outside terraces and gardens, including outside dining table and chairs, a "Balinese" style pagoda, deck chairs and private pool (25m2). Unfortunately it is now ilegal to have BBQ's due to the high amount of fires in summer. Utility Room: Washing area with washing, machine and iron + board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The sheets and towels will be supplied on arrival and changed weekly hereafter. If extra cleaning is requested this is possible but will incur extra cleaning charges. Other: The living area in the main house comprises a "loft-like" open space, where dining table, open kitchen and sofa/lounge area are all joined.It was sliding mirrored doors that access the terrace directly above the pool and also leads to the terrace dining.
