[ promenade]. In the heart of Marbella flanked by similar apartment blocks with sea and mountain views. 10 minute walk to the old town and a 10 minute taxi ride to Puerto Banus. Gibraltar and the north coast of Africa can be seen on a clear day from the front of the apartment block. The apartment faces south east catching the morning sun.

A room with a View ...

This was our first trip to Spain, and we stayed at this location for the second week of our trip. It was exactly as the pictures shown. We loved it. Perfect for a couples vacation. Romantic view from our upstairs living area. A stone's throw to the Sea, and a lovely pool Great people there as well. We are definitely coming back. Damon Thank you for all your help. He made us feel at home the minute we arrived. Location is in the center of it all. Close to Marbella Old Town, as well as Puerto Banus shopping and dining. The grounds were very well kept, and the staff was great. Right off the main street - Golden Mile and a secured area. You can walk or bike to either town. Left or right something to do or see. Or just do nothing !!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH Spain.

We wanted a great location on the beach with three balconies and two bedrooms ensuite. With walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and harbour views we found exactly what we were looking for in the Palm Beach block.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 53 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : In the harbour a 5 min walk at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : AP7 at 4 Kilometres Nearest Ski : Sierra Nevada about 2.5 hr drive at 216 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Adjacent to apartment block at 50 Metres Car: not necessary

Special interest holidays:

Marbella old town is a must to visit

Scuba diving is available a ten minute walk from the apartment in Marbella harbour. Also para gliding and fishing trips.

There are numerous golf courses in the area.


Set adjacent to the beach, with many beach bars and restaurants. The beach has sun loungers and parasols (payable locally), pedalos.


Malaga is the nearest airport with either car hire, taxi or a coach service to Marbella. The coach service from the airport costs around 7 euros per person to Marbella bus station, with a short taxi ride to the apartment costing around 10 euros. The airport is about a forty minute drive from Marbella.


Marbella old town is a ten minute walk from the apartment and a must to visit. Puerta Banus, famous for its multimillion pound yachts via bus, taxi or ferry from Marbella harbour with designer shops, restaurants, bars and night clubs.
