Only 5 minutes drive to long sandy beaches and unspoilt nature reserves. 10 minute drive to Alicante airport and to the vibrant city of Alicante where you can explore the marina, castle, great shops and nightlife. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance along with a frequent tram service to take you around the local area.

Activity and Interests


Gran Alacant is in the White Coast region of Costa Blanca which is famous for its natural blue flag beaches and beautiful sand dunes. The closest beach Carabassi is a 5 minute drive or 20 minutes walk away. Local tram bus service to the beach is also available. You can hire sunbeds and parasols or take your own. Hours of fun to be had by all!


Alicante is the nearest airport only a 10 minute drive away, where you can hire a car or get a local taxi just outside. Murcia airport is 40 minute drive.


Gran Alicant has everything you would need for a relaxing holiday, with supermarkets, banks, bars and quality restaurants; these are all within a 5-15 mins walk away. However if you want to explore the Spanish fishing town of Santa Pola is a 5 minute drive away and has a twice weekly outside market where you can always pick up a great bargain and sample local produce. Alicante offers you cosmopolitan bars, nightlife and restaurants and is only a 15 minute drive away.

Please note-no group parties, hen or stag accepted, no smoking and no pets allowed. Gran Alacant is between Alicante and Santa Pola. Gran Alicant offers banks, restaurants, bars, doctors, pharmacies, internet cafes and supermarkets.

We ask our agent to meet you at the villa on your arrival and departure. If this is between the hours of 22.00 and 08.00, a 20euro charge will need to be paid.

Booking Notes:
Please either call me or email me to discuss your booking. A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking. The balance is required to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival, along with a refundable £200 security deposit.When our agent has checked the villa and contents for cleanliness, damage and the electricity usage has been calculated we will be in touch. Guests must pay our agent on departure 80 euros, to cover the cleaning and laundry costs.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible, and we will try to be as flexible as possible on arrival and departure times knowing the inconvenience of this! But if there is another booking on the same day, your arrival time will be after 4pm and departure time 10am.

Notes on prices:
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. We accept payment in sterling, or you can also pay with your credit/debit card via Paypal (small fee applies). On departure,we ask guests to pay 80 euros to our agent to cover the cleaning and laundry cost.Additional cleaning required will be deducted from deposit
Electricity is paid by useage at 0.20€per KW used
Our agent will do the electricity reading with you at arrival and departure, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

  • Notes on accommodation: The location of this villa will ensure you of a truly relaxing break, as it is just on the beach end of the development on a corner plot. The villa is so ideal for families with young children who can enjoy hours of fun in the private pool all to themselves!! A welcome pack is provided of juice, milk and water , so you dont have to rush to the shops straight away, just relax! We ask that during your stay, you spend a relaxing 10 minutes watering our established plants and green areas helping to keep their colour and beauty. Outside: Extremely large private terrace surrounding the Villa with plants and shrubs. Luxury patio where there is a private pool measuring 6 x 3m, (not heated), 6 sun loungers, large family glass table and 6 chairs with enormous parasol for shade whilst eating al fresco. A beautiful sun terrace at the front of the villa with seating area. The roof top terrace/solarium is accessible via the master bedroom with amazing views. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and towels (not beach) included. The property will be cleaned thoroughly before your arrival and after your departure. Please leave all white goods clean, particularly the oven - failure to do so will result in deductions from your deposit. Other: Added benefit of a porch terrace area with stunning views- a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee.
