At this complex we have 2 very similar apartments. One is on the ground floor and other one on the 1st. floor.

Beautiful 2 bedroomed apartment with swimming pool, underground parking, air conditioning and TV. Located in Olhos de Agua, about 500m from the beach and just a short walk from restaurants, cafes, supermarket, etc. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and furnished. It has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a lounge/dining room, fully equipped kitchen and private terrace with barbecue.

Apartments De Agua Brisa have extensive private gardens, a good sized swimming pool plus a children´s pool.

Interior: 1 double room with air conditioning and balcony, 1 bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and balcony, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower.

Room with terrace, air conditioning, LCD television, sofa bed, table for 6 people. Well equipped kitchen for their daily meals - Equipped with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, washing machine, table for four people and a terrace with barbecue.

The apartment is equipped and furnished to a high standard and can accommodate up to 5 people. Each bedroom has it's own sun terrace, there is a furnished terrace off the living room and kitchen for outdoor dining.

Safety: Main gate is automatic and the surrounding area is fenced off.

Exterior: Underground parking (for one vehicle), Swimming pool for adults and one for children.

Prices includes: Regular cleaning service. All household towels and linens (including laundry). All utilities (gas, water, electricity). TV with local channels (only free channels available). Air conditioned.
