This fully air-conditioned villa sits only a few hundred metres above the stunning coastline North Cyprus coastline and at the base of truly wonderful Kyrenia mountain range which provides cooling forests and crusader castles. Ideally situated for relaxing, touring, shopping, swimming or golf / Spa. 20 minute drive to Kyrenia, steeped in history, you can eat and drink in it's famous harbour next to the Ottoman castle, worth a visit, both by day and by night. Nearby, on Turtle Beach, for those who visit in July and August, visit the world famous, protected, hatching of both Loggerhead & Greenback turtles, watching them at night making their way down to the sea, shortly after hatching. The villa is only 70 minutes drive to / from Larnaca, or 30 minutes from Ercan, we can advise on both car hire (essential for North Cyprus ) and transfers to and from your chosen airport. This very well appointed villa would suit both families and couple who seek a relaxing stay

This new beach in Esentepe is now complete!
The project to redo the scenic sandy cove behind Tempo in Esentepe to a private beach with sun loungers and parasols has been going on for over a year. It is Esentepe’s municipality that initiated this wonderful beach project is welcomed by residents and tourists. It is a very positive step for the whole of Esentepe, which is constantly growing, as many foreign buyers decide to invest in holiday homes in the beautiful coastal area.
At the beach there is also a volleyball court and a large restaurant with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean.
The restaurant / bar / cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is open until late every day.

Perfect

Lovely spacious villa with gorgeous pool and views. You need a car though to see surrounding areas. Be careful with door to bedroom upstairs, very hard to open and close, especially trying to get out. Had to get partner to let me out several times. Had to give kitchen a clean but nothing drastic. Had an issue with Air Con not working which was sorted quickly. Would definately stay here again without a doubt as only issues were cosmetic.

We are a retired couple with grown-up children, and when we go on holiday we like a high standard of accommodation. In 2004 we found a fantastic seafront location in Northern Cyprus and had to buy the view. We spent a long time selecting the design and furnishings to ensure the best comfort and for relaxation, taking 5 years to build we now share our time between the UK and North Cyprus. This property has been built, with no expense spared, and is therefore is kept in excellent condition, ensuring it is also in tip-top condition for our guests and friends.

Built on the cliff top, overlooking the waters edge. North Cyprus's great beaches and Mountains are only a short drive away.
