The location is not central Peyia, we are just off the coast road as you drive along towards Coral Bay, look up to your right and we are nestled above. Beautifully furnished with Italian and Grecian furniture, with a state of the art Bose sound system. Located in a secluded area with outstanding 360 degree views of the sea at the front and mountains of Peyia to the rear. Private oversized swimming pool with walk in stone steps. A fully equipped BBQ with bar and stools, or if you prefer Fine Dining a fully equipped table and chairs made of syrian stone which has been imported especially for the outside and to enjoy dining either morning, lunch or evening, with the most stunning of mountain views to look at. About the Owner

John and I live near Manchester in England, have 2 Adult children and an 8 year old Black Labrador. We are down to earth people who have worked incredibly hard for 10 years to be able to build our second home in Cyprus. This house is not part of a development, it is completely our own design & stands seperately on its own grounds. We designed it & watched it being built over three years, at the time not intending to rent it , but due to the economic downturn, rather than it sit empty for 11 months of the year we thought it better to rent it. It really is our 'dream' to have built such a vast and elegant house, and we would like to share it with you in the hope that you will appreciate it & treat it with the respect that we do! Great cilla in a great spot

Really good communications with owners from the start, took up the offer of Andreas car hire (advised if arriving during dark hours as villa hard to find first time) villa as per the pictures lovely elivated spot, close to Coral Bay (5min drive) really well appointed wifi is extra 15e per week, pool is fab good size, good for cooling down!... nice peaceful area the hill up to the villa is steep so get a car with some oomph! Good sized bedrooms, good showers (always warm and with power) kitchen fab large fridge freezer, ice maker dishwasher washing machine, tumble drier and microwave a real luxuary home from home, owners were great and really quick to answer any questions we had once we were there, we will be back next year!

Absolutely Suberb

From the moment that we got off the plane, our rental cars were waiting for us (arranged by the villa owner). When we arrived at the villa it was simply breathtaking! Inside was immaculate and was stocked with the basics. The gardens are beautiful and the pool was kept to a high standard and top it all off the roof top terrace and its views left me speechless. Overall i had the best experience that i have ever had and i will be returning next year. Margaret Southwell

Amazing holiday

I cannot thank you enough for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. The views were fantastic and every bit as described. The weather was a disappointment but visiting this time of year, it was something we expected. However, this home made up for it in every kind of way. I cannot wait to book again.

Beautiful villa

Thanks to Helen (owner) for allowing my family to enjoy a relaxing 10dys in your lovely home. The views were to die for and amazing sunsets every evening. The villa accommodated 6 of us perfectly especially a bathroom to each room! Pool fantastic and it was very quite from surrounding villas. Everything was only minutes away to beach, bars, shops and great restaurants (car needed) where the locals were all so friendly and a very sweet maintenance guy on hand should you need him. Helen arranged our car hire and transfers with Andreas (a mind of local travel information) which also went smoothly. Helen was also at the end of a phone/email throughout our booking and stay and made sure we wanted for nothing. Hopefully will go back to explore more of the island.

Location

We finished our house 4 years ago, still a lovely 'new and fresh' smell hits you when you walk through the door! We found the land in 2008, then started the build in 2010. We chose this area not only for the most stunning panoramic views of the sea to the front/sides & mountains to the rear, the area is so quiet - but you are not stuck out in the middle of nowhere like a mountain goat in isolation! Every window has a view, even in the showers! The village of Peyia is 5 mins drive if you want to fresh bread every morning, the beach is 5 minutes away, 35 mins drive from Paphos Airport and 15 mins drive from Paphos town. You really will get the benefit of seclusion, BUT if you want it, you can just nip into the village for a Greek Salad & a glass of wine, or have fun on the beach....

Nearest Airport : Paphos at 15 Miles Nearest Barpub : Beach Bar Potima, Coral Bay or Peyia at 1 Miles Nearest Restaurant : Phidias Taverna at 1 Miles Nearest Beach : Potima at 1 Miles Car: necessary

The Zenobia is a great diving wreck and a trip can be organised for divers, or snorkelling.

Coast/Beach:

2 minutes drive from the best beach in Paphos, or just 4 minutes drive to a little secluded spot on the coastline that can be seen from the house. Or, travel up to Latchi and go fishing and diving in the sea at the Blue Lagoon, just half an hour away

Travel:

Car hire can be arranged from a reputable company that we have used for 4 years with a meet and greet service at the airport which is just 25 minutes drive. If you prefer they can take you to the house and leave you the keys.

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: Stunning 'home' with outstanding sea and mountain views. Purpose built roof top Terrace fitted with complete sound system and fridge to enjoy cocktails watching the sun set in the evening. You are on holiday, you deserve luxurious comforts, fluffy towels, fresh clean sheets, crystal wine glasses - you wont think you are renting - You will just want to return, again and again!! No stag or Hens though please....sorry. But you may wish to honeymoon here! Outside: All patio areas have Ratten style furniture (sofa and 2 chairs on each patio) Swimming pool is private and 10x10m with walk in stone steps to one end and ladder to the other. There is a fully equipped BBQ with bar and stools, along with evening dining if you prefer, with a Syrian stone table and 6 chairs. The property is surrounded by large gardens all newly planted this year. Utility Room: Large unitility area at the back of the kitchen, complete with washer, dryer, large capacity ice machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Soft Egyptian towels and bedlinen for each person. Beach towels are not provided but you can use the house towels, however it would be preferable if using tanning oils to use your own outside. Other: All rooms, roof bar & patio areas are fitted with a Bose sound system, and are furnished to very high standards. You can quite easily get lost within the house if you wanted some privacy away from your guests. Whether inside or outside!
