Townhouse in Dona Pepa II, Quesada, Costa Blanca, Spain - Peaceful Location, 5 Minute Walk to Amenities, Only 30 Mins from Airport, 10 mins. Drive to Beach.

2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse with high end interior design located in the sought after area of Dona Pepa II. Large shared pool and toddlers pool. The community is very child safe as it has locking gates at each of the entry points, and the house is all enclosed. Large supermarket, Lidl store, restaurant and bars are a 5 minute walk or go a short distance and there is another centre with shops restaurants ( Chinese, Indian and Italian ) bars and Hotel La Laguna with it's spa and fabulous food choice. The main town is only a 15 minute stroll and hosts numerous bars restaurants and shops. Property is only 30 minutes away from Murcia and Alicante airports. If hiring a car there is a local car hire company who will collect you at the airport and take you to the house leaving you with the car (availability pending) and on return collect you at the house and drop you at the airport taking the car away (No hassle or need for directions). If you don't want to drive a pick-up can be arranged.

Amazing Home from Home In the Sun

What a holiday!

I have now stayed in this house 6 times as, when I look around for alternatives, this there is nothing that can match the quality and value in the Costa Blanca South.

The home has everything you need, barbecue, computer games, games, books, DVDs, all the instructions and directions you need, shade for the garden for your barbecues when you have had enough of the sun, front and rear patios, two balconies (one with shading if required). You really couldn't ask for anything else.

A quiet pool with only one or two kids ever there, makes for a relaxing family break.

In terms of location, this house cannot be beaten. A relaxing 10 - 20 minute drive in the sun will take you to numerous amazing beaches down the coast line. All within an hour to two hours drive you have Valencia, Cartagena, Benidorm, Elche (all of which we visited this year) means that you can really vary your holiday been relaxing and lazy days at the luxurious pools, to active days at the beach and then days away.

Your days away can involve the wild water parks and theme parks at Benidorm for your older kids, Local water parks at Torrieviejca and in Qesada itself, Elche zoo where you can feed Giraffes and swim with sea lions, Cartagena where you can take boat trips and see some fantastic Spanish history (this can take two days if y9ou really want it to). Valencia is another amazing city, where we toured the Valencia stadium and indulged in some traditional Spanish sight seeing. A visit to Calpe (the mini Spanish Gibraltar is also not to be missed).

Quesada the local town has lots of cheap places to eat meaning you can avoid the pots and pans and dishes.

Wullie and Linda are great to deal with on securing your booking and really cant do enough for you through this process.

Why would you go anywhere else on the Costa Blanca South.

Best holiday ever!

Absolutely loved this gorgeous townhouse, soo much we're booked again.

Stayed for ten nights but wish it was more.

All the amenities are close by with fabulous prices in the local restaurants.

Dont hesitate in booking this lovely complex but please leave some weeks for us! Five stars for us.

A Fantastic Holiday in a Quality House

This place just has everything and nothing is too much trouble, fantastically organised by owners Willie and Linda.

A very safe, child friendly urbanisation, gated complex, lovely pools with a toddler and intermediate as well as adult pool. House has everything, furnished to a high standard with fantastic touches like dvd, player, dvds, books and games for the kids. My son particularly enjoyed the xbox and games provided.

Couple this with Quesada and Guadamar providing excellent eating out opportunities or if you prefer theres a supermarket and local shops (english butcher) within 2 mins walk means you can stock up for the gas bbq that is provided. There are also some local bars for a sneeky beer/wine and some tapas If you feel the need to stay local.

We had a fab week and have already booked for 2016

fantastic villa, very high standard

What an amazing villa. Couldn't fault it at all. Had everything we needed and more. I had two children aged 6 and 16 and both were entertained with consoles and board games and wifi etc. Highly recommend hiring a car to go explore altho it's not a must as there are regularly buses and day trips to go on! Very clean friendly gated complex and the owner couldn't have been more helpful. Helping me arrange transfers and car hire last minute. And I have to mention the housekeeper Carly who was there to meet us. So very helpful and very friendly! Il definitely be back again and again! Can't say enough about it! Our first family holiday abroad wad a great success!

We loved Quesada the very first time we passed through the archways, in fact we are hoping one day to live there in the Winter months and in Scotland in the Summer ( if we get one ). In town there is almost any kind of cuisine you wish to try and plenty of bars, some with entertainment. Quesada has its own golf course La Marquesa with more courses a short drive away. There is also The Club which has snooker tables and a bowling green. Quesada country club has free entertainment some nights. Quesada is close to Guardamar with its beautiful blue flag sandy beach and Torrevieja for shopping. The area with its salt lakes has Europe's best healing climate. There is an average of 320 days of sunshine. It is easily accessed as it is only a 30 minute drive from Alicante airport.

Probably the best beaches in Spain are only a 10 minute drive away. Guardamar has a lovely blue flag sandy beach which stretches for miles. la mata and torrevieja also have beaches closeby. Towns of La Manga, Alicante, Elche, Murcia, Cartengena are all accessible by car in less than 45 mins.


Alicante and Murcia/San Javier airports are within a 30 minute drive. The new international airport at Corvera is only 40 minutes. Quesada is located off the main motorway ap7 ( Torrevieja north ) and the property is well located being just off the main road to Torrevieja. Car hire ( straight to the house on arrival, pick up on return ) or taxis (40 euros approx) each way are available at the airport. It is not necessary to have private transport at the resort as all amenities are closeby.


Rojales Town is app. a 5 minute drive. Quesada Town is app. a 15 minute walk.

Torreveija is app. a 10/15 minute drive. Gaurdamar Town is app. 10/15 minute drive. Water Park in Quesada is app. a 5 minute drive. Benidorms Terra Mittica theme park is only 1 hr drive or go on a local coach trip which costs about 10 euros return. The new La Zenia shopping mall ( with over 150 shops ) is only 30 mins. away by car.

Further Details:

Torrevieja also has a lovely marina and submarine museum as well as its own waterpark. Shopping is good here.

The salt lakes are nearby and are renowned for there wildlife including pink flamingos and other species. It is well visited for it's therapeutic mud baths.

In Quesada town there are numerous bars and restaurants these include Chinese, Thai and Indian as well as fish and chips. There are also banks, hairdressers, church and a travel agents where trips and taxis can be booked. Mini golf and horse riding are available.

The theme parks of Terra Natura in Murcia and Terra Mitica in Alicante are great. Quesada also has an aqua park which is open May - October. Quesada really is a secluded paradise, yet close enough to three towns torrevieja, guadamar del segura and rojales to cater for all types of holiday. Quesada has average temps. Ranging between 12-19c in winter and 24-38c in summer.

Along the costal road of Guardamar lies the fishing port and marina of Santa Pola with boat excursions to the island of Tarberca with it's underwater nature reserve. There are numerous fiesta's throughout the year and daily street markets located around the area. The old Spanish town of Guardamar is 10mins drive and has excellent sporting facilities for wind surfing, scuba diving, sailing, water skiing and jet skiing at the marinas nautical club. There is also an outstanding sports complex for tennis, basketball, football and an olympic swimming pool. Guardamar boasts 11kms. of dunes and sandy beaches and the enormous Queen Sophia park to enjoy a quiet stroll through it's botanical gardens. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Rio Safari Zoo at Elche ( 30 mins. drive ) is a must for kids and adults alike. Elche also has Europes largest shoe factory.

The townhouse is only a few minutes walk from bars, shops and restaurants, there is also a large supermarket and Lidl store. Internet access bring your laptop (or tablet) for keeping in touch with family or friends, or for business purposes. The property benefits by having hot/cold air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms. We have a main bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet. There is a satellite 32" TV/radio with BBC ITV etc. DVD/CD player, local maps, books, DVDs (children's also) and games for your leisure. The main bedroom balcony overlooks the pool and there is a table and chairs for you to sit with your drink and chill. There are tables and chairs front and back with sun loungers and a gas barbecue.

There is a safe pool area with toddlers pool, baby cot and highchair, children's books, games, toys, DVDs and XBox 360 with games. Electric gated system for car park entry to complex. Internet access available upon request when making your booking. Our home is furnished to a very high standard and would suit those looking for a relaxing holiday to unwind in a quality area. There is also a downstairs toilet with sink. The main bedroom balcony also has a mosaic bistro table and 2 chairs, which overlooks the pool, ideal for those early morning coffees or late night glasses of wine. This is strictly a No Smoking property, ( smoking outside on balconies, ash trays provided ). No pets are allowed inside house. 32" LCD Satellite TV can receive UK channels including ITV and BBC. Hot/cold air-conditioning. Hair dryer and straightners supplied. Outside: Outdoor furniture is provided including a sun canopy and gas barbecue (sit with the glass in hand and watch the sausages sizzle!!) A table, chairs, benchseat and 2 sun loungers in the front garden. There is also a table, chairs, parasol and 2 sun loungers in the back garden. There are 2 shared pools and toddlers pool, and back and front patio areas ideal for Al Fresco dining. Parking inside an electric gated complex. There is a large coolbox and small foldaway sun loungers ideal for the beach. Gaurdamar is a 10 minute drive away and boasts a beautiful Blue Flag Sandy beach which stretches for miles. The Terra Mitica theme park in Benidorm is only a 1 hour drive away, or take a local bus tour which only costs about 10 euros return. There is another theme park in Mucia ( Terra Natura ) As well as Aqua Parks in Quesada and Torreveija. There is a lovely Zoo at Elche, Go Karts and a children's Playpark which is closeby. A real home away from home with 320 days of sunshine in a year. Utility Room: Washing machine is situated in the utility room. There is also an iron and ironing board and clothes dryer for drying clothes outdoors, and cleaning equipment. This is an ideal area for storing golf clubs and suitcases away from main house. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property is cleaned prior to clients arriving in the property. Towels, tea towels and linen are provided. We also supply beach towels for your convience. Other: The property has both a front and back door. The front of the property has a lovely terrace which has outside table and chairs and looks directly on to the beautiful communal pool. Property also has a front and back gardens so guests can follow the sun.
