Completed in 2011, this well presented and clean 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment with 2 bathrooms, which is fully equipped to accommodate 4 adults only ( WE DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN, AS IT IS NOT SUITABLE ), is set in a private and peaceful location with secure undercover parking. The apartment looks directly out onto the large outdoor swimming pool, and the guests also have the use of an indoor swimming pool.

From the terrace you can enjoy stunning sea views, sunset and the surrounding hillsides of Tala.

The Blue Flag beaches of Coral Bay are only 10 minutes drive away, and the apartment is also ideally located for visiting paphos town and harbour, golf courses wine tasting, micro brewery, Aphrodite Falls,Tomb of the Kings, Tomb of the Kings Mall, and a number of other tourist attractions.

The nearby traditional village square offers excellent restaurants and taverns, with other bars, local shops, a new beautifully built church and small older church.

This is an ideal holiday for adults and couples looking for some well needed relaxation, we do regard that children are not permitted to stay at the property.

If you do find you just have to escape from the delightful peace and quiet, then you'll be pleased to know that from January 2017 we will be able to offer guests free WI-FI at the apartment.

About Tracey Butler

Myself and my husband have been married for 32 years, I came from Reading Berkshire. I went to school there, when I left school I went into hairdressing, after a while I went into mobile hairdressing. My Husband came from Andover, then moved to Basingstoke Hampshire were he went to school. When he left he went into Engineering . We brought our first house in Basingstoke when we got married in 1983, we still live in Basingstoke. We have 2 children, Paul and Laura, Paul has brought a house with his girlfriend, Laura still lives at home. We also have a dog called Tillo she is a Beagle, she quite a little Character.

We run a commercial cleaning company in Basingstoke, My Father started the company from his kitchen in Reading and gradually we took it over so he could retire. We now have a nice office in Bramley Basingstoke. Paul and Laura also work in the company, it is now in its 33rd year and very successful, but hard work.

We enjoy going on holiday, it's good to have a break from work, chill out by the pool or beach. Eat out in nice restaurants and bar's.

We always hire a car so we can explore.

Cyprus was our 3rd holiday home we brought, it was nice seeing the development turn into a lovely complex, finally getting the keys and furnishing it.

Us and our children have had some lovely holidays in the apartment, we hope you do too.

We liked the complex and the village. We brought the apartment from new, we enjoyed making it in to a comfortable holiday home and have many lovely holidays in it.

It only takes 15 minutes walk up to Tala Square.

What makes this apartment unique

Our apartment is on the ground floor, in front of the large communal pool. There are excellent views and you can watch the sun set from the terrace.

You can use the gym follow by a swim in the indoor pool that is heated by sola panels.

The gym and indoor pool area has showers and changing rooms, so if you have a late flight you still sit around the pool and enjoy your last day.

The a apartment is on a nice quiet complex more suited for adults, It is only 15 minutes walk up to Tala Square.

Just a quick email to let you know that we really enjoyed our holiday in Tala

and the apartment was just perfect for us, we all were delighted with it.

So much so that we would like to come back next year, earlier in September.

We didn't find Tala square until the day before we left but it is really nice and we will make more use of it next time.

A spacious modern and clean accommodation with good views. Room safe and key safe provided. The apartment has a no smoking policy and pets are not allowed. Air Conditioning and Heating charges: We will supply guests with an allowance of £20.00 per week for this, if guests go over that allowance then they will be charged for the additional use, which will be taken out of their security deposit. The Apartment is located on the ground floor by the swimming pool and sun terrace. Suitable for adults as it's a nice quiet complex. Outside: A private community with secure undercover parking. Large swimming pool surrounded by large sunbathing terrace. Set in landscaped gardens with pathways to all areas. Private terrace equipped with patio table and chairs, sun loungers and parasol. Towels and Bed Lining: One set of towels and bed lining provided per person per week.(towels are not for beach/pool use).

Lovely situation

We had a a gorgeous peaceful week at Tracey's apartment. The location is wonderful, from terrace to poolside and just a 15 minute walk to the local supermarket.

The apartment is well equipped and Tracey's organisation of where to find keys, codes etc very easy to follow.

We all thoroughly enjoyed it and I'm sure will be back!

Feeling cheated

Just returned from this lovely apartment, very clean great views, super complex but we booked this apartment because it had a heated indoor pool, the heat exchanger has been broken for a long time resulting in the water being freezing cold, we also wanted use of the Sauna and Gym, the Sauna wasn't working neither was the treadmill in the gym. On the day of arrival a spotlight in the kitchen popped, we bought a new bulb the next day costing 8 euro. Unable to reach the light fitting, I contacted Fiona the cleaner who said "she would contact Ashley" who looks after the complex, to fit the new bulb, I phoned Fiona several times over the next 12 days her reply was I will again try to contact Ashley. We never saw Ashley, but we did leave him the bulb. I feel that some sort of compensation should be paid to us for not being able to use the equipment advertised.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your feedback from your stay at our apartment. Of course we take all comments very seriously and we have looked into the issues you have raised and hopefully the following will clarify these things. - The advert for our apartment did not specify that the indoor pool was heated, we just simply inform our guests that there is an indoor pool. - We do apologise that the sauna was not available for use during your stay, we have since spoken with the management company for this to be back up and running. - We also apologise that the treadmill in the gym was not working, though we just advertise to guests that there is a gym available, and we understand the other machines and equipment within the gym were still working during your stay. - With regards to the bulb in the kitchen, we have since confirmed that it was only 1 out of the 3 spots that was not working and there is also lighting on the cooker hood and in the dining area adjacent to the kitchen. You could have contacted us directly and we would have been able to inform you that we keep spare bulbs in the apartment, and there are a set of steps kept in the hallway if you insisted on changing it yourselves. We feel our description of our apartment is accurate and we would never try to mislead our guests in anyway, we accept that a few things were not working, but they were out of our control and would be likely to happen at any place of stay.

Very comfortable apartment which we enjoyed again.

This a very nice apartment which is well kitted out internally and with nice patio furniture as well. The pool being so close is excellent and even though we don't use it there is an exercise room available with an indoor pool and a sauna. I enjoy cooking and I suppose the cooking implements are not as good as I have at home but hey, it's not home. Having the use of WiFi was a great help as well. It's a pity about the village, refurbishment causing chaos, progress I suppose ?

Car: necessary

Special interest holidays:

The complex is well equipped with an outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool. Also an ideal base for hiking and cycling.

A short walk to Tala Square for bars, restaurants and a new beautiful built church.


The Blue flag sandy beaches of Coral bay and Arapis Coral Bay(by the Corallia Beach Hotel, which you can get a bus to) are 10 minutes by car. Relax on a sunbed or try a variety of water sports including snorkeling and boating.


Paphos international airport is 30 minutes by car. Larnaca international airport is 90 minutes by car. Transfers to and from Paphos airport can be arranged, approximately 35 Euros.


Car hire is recommended, available at the airport or Paphos town. The village square in Tala is a short distance from the apartment, other local shops and bars are close by. Coral bay and beaches are 10-15 minutes drive.

Paphos town is a 20 minute drive.
