A super ground floor apartment in a stylish complex with sea views and free WiFi in the bar and pool area (will be available in the apartment for 2016 season), communal pool with separate children's pool, small cove beach below, is comfortably furnished with its decor of pine furniture throughout, all modern conveniences and offers a truly delightful apartment to spend your holiday in every way, especially due to its fabulous location and sea views.

The complex is accessed from a private road. On entering the complex through a picket gate, steps lead down into this stylish apartment complex (please note there are various ways into the complex including access for wheelchair users.) At the bottom of the steps immediately turn right through a typical Menorcan gate which leads you into this delightful ground floor apartment with its private patio approx. 35 m2 long with its small flower bed, shrubs, table, chairs and welcoming sun umbrella.

The patio leads you round to the front door which opens into a delightful lounge/dining area. There is a newly fitted modern white kitchen with all facilities.

The light, bright and airy lounge/dining with its pinewood furniture and its marine décor theme, comfortable sofa and chairs, creates an ambience of summer throughout. There is a study sofabed available for an additional charge of £75 p/w including linen. The lounge also offers both a ceiling fan and air conditioning (on a timer from 8pm until 8am. Should you require the air conditioning outside of these times to be available 24 hours a day then an additional charge of £50 p/w applies.)

Doors lead out from the lounge directly onto the small sea view terrace which comprises of table and chairs, an ideal spot to enjoy your morning breakfast as the sun rises. A small gate from the patio leads out onto extensive spacious lawns and the apartment complex. Both the lounge and patio enjoy stunning and commanding views of the sea and its headland.

To the left of the main entrance via inner hallway at the far end on the left is the apartments' twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, stylish pine furniture and fittings, with ceiling fan and views onto the back patio through its double windows. Adjacent to the twin bedroom is a new shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and cupboard for storage. There is a further double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, dark pine furniture and fittings and ceiling fan. A door leads off this bedroom to the terrace with sea view. Both bedrooms have satellite plasma TV's with access from the lounge Satellite system and DVD player, both bedrooms share the shower room.

Exterior

Apartment is located within an attractive stylish design complex situated in a quiet residential zone, that shares beautifully well-kept established gardens, spacious lawns, communal large pool which combines separate childrens pool. The communal pool is situated only approximately 150 metres from your apartment front door. The main pool measures 6.50m x 15m (depths are gradual and in middle goes to 2.40m and up again to 2.20m.) There are ladders at the deep end on each side and at the shallow end there are roman steps. The childrens pool measures 6m x 3.50m (depth 0.60cm to 0.70cm.)

The apartments peaceful location away from the crowds affords a short walk down steps to a lovely beach cove below, approximately 5 minutes away. Nearby amenities offer an extensive choice of nightlife with a selection of cafes, bars and restaurants that offer a variety for all tastes. Beautiful coves and beaches are within walking distance to the apartments' complex, along with many other superb beaches within a short 10-40 minute drive away to explore. The complex is a mere 10 minutes drive or short bus ride to the historic town and Port of Cuitadella 4km away and the bustling resort of Calan Forcat is approx a 15 minute walk from the apartment.

Due to its location, views and facilities of easy parking, its suitability for children, this apartment offers the perfect holiday for both families or couples in every way.

Amenities

The complex offers facilities of tennis court, pool table, poolside bar and BBQ that can be arranged by the Caretaker on site if required, and a BBQ is provided by the owner for al fresco dining on the terraces.

WiFi is available in the bar and pool areas of the complex and will be available in the apartment for the 2016 season. Please note that this service is provided locally and as such we cannot be held responsible for the quality or any loss of service during your stay.

We were delighted with the apartment. It was clean and well equipped (from cooking equipment to sun loungers, even a parasol to carry to the beach). The front and back patio area meant you could enjoy the sun morning and evening. It was also in a beautiful location with great views of the sea and sunsets. The beach was small but easy to reach and wasn't very busy. The pool was clean, very well maintained and much bigger than I expected. Parking was right behind the apartment and area felt very safe. The Yuka restaurant within 2 minutes of the apartment served great steaks. We were also only a 10 minute drive into Ciutadella which had great restaurants and a lovely harbour and historic centre. We also were able to visit many of the local beaches and harbours which were all beautiful. Can you pass our thanks on to the owners for a wonderful holiday and we would be delighted to recommend this accommodation to our friends and family.

Lovely Apartment

Stayed at this property with my wife and two teenage sons in July 2016 for a week. The property is on the ground floor of a small apartment block. The photos shown are very accurate with magnificent views across the bay and sea. Spacious and clean with all the equipment working fine including the air conditioning and Wi-Fi . The complex was clean, quiet and well maintained. There is a communal pool less than 50 yards from the apartment with has a very low key bar selling snacks, ice creams and drinks. The pool area was clean, well maintained and relatively peaceful. Reccommended.

The apartment was excellent. Plenty equipment in the kitchen and lovely bathroom. Lovely back garden to get the sun in the morning and a terrace at the front for the afternoon/evening to watch the boats and the sun go down. Friendly manager. Good pool and bar area. Good grass area to the front to put up sun beds/chairs.
