An incredible property and stay
We absolutely loved our stay in Catherine’s wonderful home. The villa has quite literally everything you could want to be entertained… from boules, ping pong, darts, pool and billiards. I went with my family, some of their spouses and our young nephew. There was ample space for us all to sleep and such great views from the villa. There’s loads of places to convene and chill too such as cosy seating areas to play cards or hammocks to read a book. Catherine was also a great host, staying nearby she was able to drop round a Wi-Fi router the next day after a storm blew out the main Wi-Fi and was on hand for recommendations if needed. You can walk to the village nearby but we’d recommend getting cars to explore further afield. We drove to surrounding cities and towns for day trips such as Cannes, Frejus and Antibes. We also did a day trip to Monaco (which was a little further away). Lac St Cassien is beautiful and a short drive away. There is a small boulangerie in the local village. We spoke to them on the first day and then pre-ordered croissants for the morning so we’d pick them up fresh. We’d recommend doing this for large groups, as it’s a small place and they may not have loads pre-prepared. You also then get the benefit of the freshest croissants. I stayed with family, but this would also be a great place for friends too. Thanks for a lovely stay Catherine!
