Situated in a charming village 30 min of Cannes and other coastal towns, this very spacious, luxurious villa, is extremely well equipped including home cinema, satellite television and for the sporty a slate bed pool table, table tennis table, football table, a boules court as well as a well equipped exercise room incl latest spinning bike. The beautiful 11 x 4m heated salt water pool is the key freature of the property and set in one acre of gardens in a completely secluded location with stunning views. Overlooking this pool is also the summer kitchen with barbecue and table seating 12 on the patio. Internally there is a pond housing some very large Koi carp and numerous seating areas externally and internally to relax and enjoy your holiday. Wifi broadband connection throughout. Perfect for one or two or even three families to relax together and perfectly located to enjoy the beaches, forest and lakes closeby as well as charming provencial villages with good restaurants and markets.

We bought the house having fallen in love with the peaceful location with stunning mountain and forest views and being ideally located on the edge of a provincal village and 25 minutes from the coast.

My husband has since developed the villa into a magnificent family home and we enjoy welcoming friends and visitors from all over the world to use the self contained studio apartment as a base for relaxing or exploring the surrounding countryside.

We fell in love with the stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking mountain and forest views yet located on the edge of a charming provencial village and within an easy drive of beautiful sandy beaches such as Saint Raphael and Mandelieu and just 40 min of Cannes, Les Issambres and Sainte Maxime (which is a short ferry ride to Saint Tropez)

Outside: Provencial garden with plenty of sunloungers and areas to enjoy sun and shade at all times of the day. The salt water pool 11x4m with beautiful views and sunsets remains the central feature of the garden. Otherwise there is a pool table, table tennis, football table, boules court and gym. Holiday makers can enjoy cooking in summer kitchen and eating outside overlooking pool and forest with stunning sunsets. Pine and olive trees provide natural shade also. Utility Room: Well equipped gym Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Check in/out, final cleaning 200 Euros (obligatory after each period) Bedlinen and set of towels 25 Euros per person for stay. For other requests eg babysitting, shopping, additional linen change please contact owner. Other: Well eqipped Gym with a variety of equipment available to use. Study area with selection of Games and books to read.

Our Best Holiday.

We could not of asked for more from our holiday in the South of France.

The owner was there to meet us, even tho we were late, there were no problems. The owner was most accommodating,whilst showing us all that this property has to offer,was only to pleased to answer our many questions.

The property is well maintained and very comfortable.

Everything you would want for the perfect stay was there.

We tried many restaurants in the vicinity, all so good, no complaints at all!

All of us that stayed are finding it impossible to go anywhere else!
