If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday in a residential area, then this is for you. It is next to Rio Real Golf Course. The apartment is situated 2 Kms E. of Marbella, and 1.5 kilometres from El Rosario, which has shops and restaurants. The shopping Mall of La Canada is only minutes away. The apartment is fitted to a high standard, with air-conditioning/heating,WiFi and Sat. TV.It comprises a lounge, hall, kitchen, guest toilet and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is fitted with a granite work surface, and has all the usual home from home comforts and equipment. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a hydro massage bath and shower. Bedroom no 2 also has its own en-suite bathroom with a multi level hydro jet shower. There is a baby high chair, and portable cot in the apartment. The communal swimming pool is set in a lush tropical garden, and there is a male and femail sauna in the building. There are lifts, an underground car park, and is also close to the bus stops.

My wife and myself live in London and love Spain.

We had a smaller apartment in El Rosario and liked the area so much, we bought this present one in Rio Real, which is halfway between El Rosario and Marbella.We have been going to Marbella for the last ten years and still love it. We have furnished it as we have our house at home and we know that everyone likes this home from home feel.

We purchased in this location because of its peacefulness and tranquility. Yet also on the doorstep of beaches, shopping mall and Marbella. It is also only 45 minutes from Malaga airport.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 45 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Rio Real at 0.75 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Palm Beach at 600 Metres Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

The nearest beach can be walked to in 5 minutes and the better beach with a beach restaurant 'Chiringito' can be reached in a 10 minute walk. Both these can be driven to as well.

Travel:

Malaga Airport is 48 kilometres away. Although local buses and taxis can be used from the apartment, it is more convenient to hire a car as you are then completely free to see the so many places in the Costa del Sol region.

Distances:

You are 2 kilometres from Marbella, 1.5 kilometres from El Rosario. Other places to visit are Rhonda 1 hour, Malaga 45 minutes, Grenada 1.5 hours, Alhambra 1.5 hours, (Sierra Nevada) is here as well and is 2 hours away. Istan, 30 minutes. Sotogrande, 45 minutes. Gibralter, 45 minutes. Cadiz, 2 hours. Seville, 2 hours. Day trips to Africa can be taken from Algerciras, 2 hours.

There is a supermarket in El Rosario, La Canada( shopping mall) has a very large supermarket and a full range of shops etc, complete with multiscreen cinema. Marbella has plenty of shops, restaurants, Tapas bars, banks etc. It is a very lovely family orientated town with lovely walks along the promenade (Paseo Maritimo). The famous Orange Square is a favourite for all visitors. The walks along the promenades go for miles!

  • Notes on accommodation: The property has marble floors fitted throughout. Underground car park, operated electronically, with your own allocated space. There are only 46 apartments in the complex. It is situated on the East side of Marbella, which is quieter and more residential. There are buses at the end of the road, but having a car is very handy as there are so many places to visit, Ronda, Malaga, Granada, Alhambra, Gibralter, Sotogrande, and just drives up into the mountains. The apartment has been furnished to a good standard and we do not smoke. We would kindly request that if you do smoke to please do so outside. Outside: There is a shared swimming pool, with sunbeds. This is set in a lovely tropical garden. There is also just inside the building near the pool a separate male and female Sauna. There are toilets and changing rooms also at the pool area. Utility Room: Washing machine (Siemens). Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning will be done prior to your arrival and after you have left. Linen is provided for use in the apartment, but you will provide your own beach towels. Other: There is a table and 2 large wickerwork chairs on the terrace.
