Villa Ribeiro 1 is a lovely modern villa with four spacious and well furnished bedrooms three stunning bathrooms each with separate shower, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely outside garden area with a very large sun terrace a lovely pool (which can be heated) and a separate BBQ area with a delightful seating area, small lawn and pretty borders.
Ribeiro 1 stands at the head of the 3 RIBEIRO villas behind Automatic gates it is completely private and the garden is quite secure. The large sun terrace facing south comes complete with tables and chairs sun loungers and umbrellas. It is located in Açoteias - Olhos de Agua, Albufeira. A very short walk ( 2 or 3 minutes to the Shops, Bars, Restaurants ( 15-20 minutes walk) to the lovely beach of Praia da Falesia miles and miles of sandy beach with a wonderful backdrop of reddish orange cliffs and Pine trees which runs almost all the way to Vilamoura.
Car rental is by no means necessary. Unless you want to explore further horizons. For short trips a bus or taxi is very convenient and not very expensive.

Amazing stay. Well laid out property for our family. Pool was lovely. Walking distance to everything necessary and UBER quick and easy for longer distance destinations. All in All ~ a great stay. We made the mistake of renting a car. Sooooo not necessary. We will be back!

What makes this property unique

The location is certainly unique! All our properties are nicely and functionally decorated and equipped. All our villas have a private swimming pool and some can be heated on request. Private car parking spaces to each villa. It's perfect for holidays all year round, as there is air conditioning for cooling in the summer and heating for the colder periods. Towels, bed linen, final cleaning is included plus once a week towels change and linen changed weekly.
