The long sandy clean beach is 15 minutes walk away. There is no need for transport as everything is within walking distance. There are Bus and taxi services within 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Faro Airport is 40kms from Alvor, approximately 45 mins drive. Reliabile airport transport is available and details can be confirmed on request. All major car rentail companies also provide service at Faro Airport.
The apartment located just outside the centre of Alvor village gives the best of both worlds. 5 minute walk to the main street with cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and fishing village boardwalk.
Alvor is located between 2 big towns, Portimo (5km) abd Lagos (17km). Water sports and sea trips are available from the boardwalk (10 min walk from apartment).
