This is a very large high quality luxury apartment. It is in front of the beach and the beautiful blue med sea. It has fantastic uninterrupted views of the famous Calpe Peñon and Marina. It is a semi penthouse apartment in a very quiet building on the 7th floor. It has an open terrace to the sky and has sun from sunrise to sunset. Calpe has 3 main Golden Sand beaches. In front is the small sandy Poniente beach, go left is the much larger Levante beach and right is equally large Arena Bol Beach. The town of Calpe is a beautiful 10 minute walk along the promenade / Paseo, there is also a bus and touristic train. Calpe has numerous restaurants on the beaches and in the village. Calpe is a working fishing village where the daily catch can be seen coming ashore and can be eaten in the numerous fish restaurants within the port. Only 25 minutes away are all the parks and attractions of Benidorm - Aqualandia (Water Park ) and Terra Mitica (Theme Park).

Why Anouk chose Calpe


We bought this property in Calpe as it is in the middle of Calpes 3 wonderful sandy beaches. It is front line to the beach and has wonderful views of the famous Peñon Rock, Calpes working fishing village and the Marina.

You do not need a car here as you can walk to town along the promenade in 10 minutes. The building is not too high and we are a semi penthouse which is open to the sky and has sun from sun rise to sun set.

DEPARTURE: We would like the following details brought to to your attention for departure. Where possible we would like the apartment to be vacated no later than 10:00 am, unless agreed differently with your hosts. Please: Hoover & mop leaving the apartment free of sand. Ensure all crockery is washed and put away. Garbage deposited outside. Please leave All bedding & linen left in the wash room. Please leave it as you were given it, clean & tidy and in good order. If not left in this condition a cleaning cost of 150 pounds can be deducted from your deposit. We do hope you enjoyed your stay at Conchas. Fantastic Apartment, Amazing Views & Location

Having returned from 11 nights at this beautiful apartment our family all agreed the apartment and location is one of the best in Calpe! The apartment is literally 10 metres from the beach. It is a safe beach, travelling with two children aged 2 and 6 they could walk out quite far in the very shallow water to play & fish. The marina is also very close by with great local fish restaurants. There are also local restaurants and bars on your doorstep so you do not need to walk very far. The tourist train from the marina is also a good way to get to either side of the resort. From the moment we arrived outside the property we noticed how secure it was. We were then greeted by the most lovely couple Gordon & Anouk who proudly showed us around their stunning home. The views around the entire property totally made our holiday, it truly was fantastic! Even views of the salt lake behind. The wine, beers & juice in the fridge was a lovely warm welcome too! Anouk even provided us with a trolley on wheels to help assist us with grocerie shopping as we didnt have a car, again very thoughtful! The apartment was extremely clean in all areas, the beds were very comfortable, you have all comforts of your own home here, including the english tv channels (BBC/ITV,Cartoons,Music etc) & DVD player. The wifi was excellent. No noise at night so sleeping was easy! The only noise was the waves of the sea if you left the windows open which is nothing to complain about! There are plenty of seats in different areas so you have lots of space to relax. The new bathroom was great as was the new seating inside the apartment. The stunning balcony is large and has both an automatic and manual canopy to shade out the sun, we spent many hours both day and night watching the world go by! We would highly recommend the apartment and especially the owners they are genuine people who truly want you to enjoy their home. Any questions we had were promptly replied to in the most helpful manner. We will definitely be returning again! Thanks for having us Vicki, Kent & Family xx

Amazing apartment stunning view and a warm welcome

The views from this apartment are stunning you really could sit there all day. The apartment is beautiful extremely clean and well looked after. Gordon and Anouk where there to greet us and show us around the apartment. This is our second visit to Calpe and the location of this apartment is perfect either for walks along the beach to restaurants and bars or just relaxing on the beach right in front of the apartment. Gordon and Anouk where very helpful and quickly answered any of our questions.

Our Second stay but certainly not our last

This was our second stay at Gordon and Anouk's apartment and once again they were there to meet us .The apartment again in a high standard and the views from entering the apartment still amazing.The new furniture on the balcony made it even more relaxing (if that was possible) anytime of day.We have come to like Calpe very much, the lovely beaches particularly the one right in front of the apartment the lovely walks along the paseo ,the many many nice bars restaurants along the paseo and in the town, the Flamingo's on the salt lake behind the apartment the whole laid back feeling we get, but I have to say I think the apartment really makes it for us ,being two couples we can all find our own comfortable space when needed it is just so lovely and in a really good position, we think you probably couldn't find one any better anywhere in Calpe,and also probably not any better owners, Gordon and Anouk are always on hand for any problems and always willing to help and advise.We bumped into them on a few occasions on this trip and they really are a lovely couple Already looking forward to seeing them on our third stay . Warm welcome to Spain upon our arrival.

Gordon and Anouk warmly welcomed us even though our arrival was very late into the evening. My partner and I instantly fell in love with this place overlooking the full moon over the sea that first night. Everything was easy to get to without a car. Many groceries nearby. We spent every evening enjoying the wonderful cross breeze cutting through the apartment, along with its views. The place looks like from an article from Vogue magazine. I was afraid to sit in too many places. Nonetheless, we would love to come back. Thank you again, Anouk and Gordon

We were warmly greeted by Gordon and Anouk. Immediately our eyes were drawn to the uninterrupted sea views from every window of the beautiful, light and airy apartment. The apartment certainly has the wow factor, we spent many hours laughing and enjoying ourselves sat on the fantastic balcony, watching the fishing boats come into harbour and looking at the lights of Benidorm in the distance. Attention to detail in the apartment is second to none, everything you need for a great holiday is there. The ice cold beers & cava were a lovely touch on our arrival.

The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring and the little beach in the harbour just opposite felt like our own private beach. The Aquarius bar just outside the beach entrance to the apartment is ideal for a nightcap.

The only problem was our stay didn't last longer, we will definitely be back!!

For Beaches you cannot find better. The Apartment is in the middle of 3 wonderful blue flag Golden Sandy Beaches. Our beach is shallow with fish pools ideal for children. Our apartment is a Semi Penthouse on the 7th floor with a safe terrace.


Alicante is the nearest airport 1 hour drive away. Valencia Airport is about 1 hour 15 minutes away.


Benidorm is 25 mins drive away with all its attractions. Altea, Moraira, are only 10-15 min drive. Callosa d'ensarria famous for its waterfalls and growing area of nisperos (fruit) must be tried.

Further Details:

Port les Basetes is about 2 kilometres along a nice coastal path from the North end of Calpe's Levante (East) beach; it is also only a 5 minutes drive from the apartment. It is an outstanding centre for water sports - especially diving, fishing, sailing, water skiing and wind surfing. Tennis is available at the Calpe Club de Tenis at 2km from the apartment. There are also many opportunities for both the lazy and the adventurous walker - either reaching the top of the Peñon or walking round or up the Sierra de Olta could be interesting. Just inland is the Montgo National Park which has numerous walking opportunities from the easy to the severe - all with splendid scenery and views.

Saturday is our preferred change over day. Entry after 3pm and departure prior to 10am. We aim to be flexible where and when possible, other bookings dependant. If cleaning is finished before 3pm we will allow you in as soon as we can.

More than 12 weeks from arrival date - loss of 25% of Total Rental.
Less than 10 weeks from arrival date - loss of 50% of total rental.
Less than 8 weeks from arrival date - loss of 75% of total rental.
