The apartments are located in a small and private complex near the beach and amenities in Port de Soller. Each apartment has one double bedroom and it's nicely furnished and decorated keeping the old traditional style. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchens, airy bedrooms and lovely outdoor areas to relax, dine and enjoy the superb views. There is parking available outside the property. There is a lovely small swimming pool and chill out area with sun loungers. Free wifi.

The garden apartment has a wonderful terrace with outdoor furniture, dining area and sun loungers. The Terrace Apartment has a lovely terrace facing the sea, very sunny and perfect for al fresco dining. The Studio apartment has a small garden area where to seat and relax and access to the communal areas too. The three apartments share the nice pool (2'30x7.30 meters)

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé et dans une belle résidence idéalement situé à proximité du centre-ville et de la plage. Magnifique vue sur le port et la mer. Belle piscine et une petite terrasse confortable. À recommander!

Nice little apartment

Stayed here for one week in June. Overall the apartment was nice and clean. (Kitchen units slightly tired)

The property is set in a good location close to the port. People should be aware this apartment would not be suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties, with a number of steps to climb to reach the property. Additionally if you chose not to hire a car the property itself is reached by a fairly steep hill.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Logement de qualité

Nous avons loué le Studio. Ce logement est situé au bas d'une grande maison contenant 4 logements.

Logement de très bonne qualité, bien équipé, très propre. Propriétaire très aimable.

Suffisamment grand pour 3 adultes : on nous a installé un lit 1 place supplémentaire.

La vue est jolie.

La piscine (env. 6x3 mètres) est suffisante pour une famille, ensoleillée, mais avec chaises longues et parasol de bonne qualité.

Seul bémol : la petite terrasse qui est réservée pour cet appartement est étriquée et pas ne permet pas de profiter de la vue. Elle permet juste de faire un BBQ. Mieux vaut manger à l'intérieur, sur une table posée tout près de la fenêtre ouverte. (mieux encore : louer l'appartement à l'étage au dessus, qui a une immense terrasse !)

Nous avons réussi à séjourner une semaine sans voiture. La montée depuis le port jusqu'à l'appartement est très raide (escaliers), environ 15 minutes. Les supermarchés sont à 20-25 minutes de marche.

Pour prendre les bus longue distance, compter presque 30 minutes de marche jusqu'à l’arrêt.
