The apartments are located in a small and private complex near the beach and amenities in Port de Soller. Each apartment has one double bedroom and it's nicely furnished and decorated keeping the old traditional style. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchens, airy bedrooms and lovely outdoor areas to relax, dine and enjoy the superb views. There is parking available outside the property. There is a lovely small swimming pool and chill out area with sun loungers. Free wifi.

We loved it so much, we've booked it again!

The pictures don't do it justice! The living area is bigger than pictured and the bathroom now has a nice modern white suite. It is an old house with traditional Mallorcan decor so if you like ultra-modern, then this isn't the place for you, but we loved it! There was everything we needed down to candles for the lanterns, a barbeque, parasols for the beach and even a juicer to make fresh orange juice!

We had a fantastic week enjoying the amazing views from the huge terrace both day and night with twice-daily ventures into the lovely town for food and wine. Yes the walk is challenging but I am an unfit forty-something recovering from a third degree ankle sprain and I coped. Once you suss out the short cuts, you can get down to the front in 5 mins and back up in 10.

Port de Soller and Soller are lovely towns with lots of nice restaurants. To name a few I would recommend Cafe Lua, Salvia, Kingfisher and Nunu as being our favourites. Ocea is the best bar for cocktails - they do an excellent Bloody Mary.

Roll on next year!

Challenging entrance!!!!

This is an impressive apartment with excellent views over the Bay.

The attention to detail in the apartment is spot on very clean and everything you need is there..please note the iron needs to be replaced as the base plate is turning clothes black-I have already discarded some clothes to the bin because of it

Downside the climb up the hill is very challenging and be aware there are 60 steps down to the apartment from the pool and 30 odd steps down to the main road......this needs to be addressed in the description

Outstanding!!!

We are keen walkers, and Port De Soller was recommended to us by friends. When we looked at where to stay, we got it down to 3 apartments, and we definately chose the right one!! The terrace apartment is in a fantastic location, with amazing views, and had everything we needed. The terrace is huge, the pics don't do it justice!! The pool area is a bonus, and is so relaxing. We mostly had it to ourselves! It is very easy to get down to the restaurants, it was a 4 minute walk for us, with only a couple of steeper parts. We didn't want to leave Soller, we loved it so much, we are already booked to come back next year, for 3 weeks, and to stay here again!! The Mallorcan Born Properties team were really good to deal with too, so thank you!! See you next year!! Joanne & Paul

Jaw dropping terrace and views. Our own penthouse!

The photo does not do justice to the space and views from this huge terrace. Quite simply, there can't be much better in the whole of the resort. Every day we couldn't believe our luck. Inside, the kitchen was well appointed, the double bedroom fairly compact but well presented and the living area very spacious. The pool is small and perfectly formed with gorgeous, well kept gardens and stone stairs up to it. It is uphill from the front but the views - especially sunset and nighttime- make it all worthwhile. Fabulous! Tried upmarket Randemar on our last night as a treat. Very busy, right on the front, trendy decor and slick staff and queuing from early on - so book. Very special and highly memorable.

Wonderful Views

The views from the apartment are wonderful we spent all our time outside on the terrace - it was so warm one could have slept on it. The walk up from the Port can be a bit challenging in the heat after after a few glasses of wine and good food in some of the super restaurants. We would definitely stay in Marbat House again.

What a treat!

It was our first visit to Majorca and we couldn't have picked a better location. The view from the terrace was spectacular and the marina provided plenty of entertainment with all the nautical comings and goings. The apartment was ideal for us - a couple of mature years. It was very comfortable and in a good location for the village. The walk back up from the village was a little steep but once we found the shortcuts it was much easier.

The selection of local restaurants was very good and we ate very well. Prices were reasonable and the quality good on the whole. The choice caters for all budgets. We will definitely come back.
