This Spanish style private quiet villa has beamed ceilings, pretty gardens and a roof terrace. Sea views can be found on three sides of the villa. On a good clear day, Ibiza can be seen. The villa affords outside dining "Al Fresco" style. There is a family sized BBQ. Within the open fronted double naya (outside covered terrace) is a worktop/bar area complete with a sink. In this area, there is dining furniture, patio furniture, sun beds and loungers. The floodlit swimming pool creates an ambience for relaxing and unwinding. The villa benefits from being close to all amenities. The nearest supermarket is approximately 10 minutes walk.

We stayed at Villa Jacinto at the end of September 2013 with a family group, ranging from age 2 up to age 65

The information provided before your stay is comprehensive and well thought out. Really felt totally informed prior to our visit

The villa itself is lovely. The location is peaceful and yet convenient for Javea itself. There are wonderful views from the roof terrace to the sea and Ibiza could even be seen on a clear day! The roof terrace has locked, gated access providing peace of mind ensuring our little boy could not access the area. The pool and outside area, featuring the outside kitchen, is fabulous and was a real feature of the property. The pool has a shallow and deep end, which many properties do not have that we have rented before, so is a bonus for non and non-confident swimmers. The whole of the outside entertainment area is on one level, which was fantastic for our 2 year old boy.

" We have recently returned from a 10 night holiday staying at Villa Jacinto, Balcon Al Mar and, didn't want to come home! The villa itself is very comfortable & extremely well equipped - Greg & Jacky have thought of everything. The outside entertainment area includes pool complete with inflatables, undercover naya with outside kitchen, dining area & welcome shade. Beautiful gardens surround the villa - it was a pleasure to water the plants. Finally there is a fantastic roof terrace, providing glorious views of the sea (even saw Ibiza one day) and, a great place for evening drinks.

We celebrated Father's Day with lunch at El Mirador Restaurant, close to the lighthouse, a short drive or 15 minute walk from the villa. The view from the outside balcony, where we chose to eat, is breathtaking. Their chicken & apple salad with a tangy curry dressing was delicious accompanied by a carafe of white wine.

Will we be returning to Villa Jacinto next year? It's a resounding "yes" from all three of us!"

Notes on accommodation: Wi fi (1mb max speed) is available/included from and including May to October each year. Nov to and incl April wi fi is chargeable if required. Travel cot and high chair hire can be arranged if required. Families/couples preferred. No same sex groups will be accepted. Beach towels not provided. Outside: Pool is kidney shaped on an 8m x 4m footprint. The pool is private but not heated. Depths vary from approx 0.9m deep to 1.50m deep with step entry complete with a handrail. Garden has a number of established plants and trees with colour most of the year. There is a covered area with room for sunbeds as well as dining facilities. There are 6 sunbeds and a variety of other patio furniture/parasols. The roof terrace which is locked to prevent children unauthorised use, has two chairs and a table, ideal for a late night glass of wine and star gazing. There is a gas BBQ available. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: 1 bath towel (strictly villa use only) and 1 hand towel are provided each guest. Villa cleaned prior to arrival. No intermediate cleaning is provided for any bookings. Clean linen provided at start. Excellent villa

Fantastic Villa with excellent indoor and outdoor space which had everything we needed for a family holiday. Really enjoyed the sun terrace and we found the local restaurants were excellent especially Azahar which was 5 mins walk, great food and service and two restaurants near the lighthouse which were 10mins walk. With young children we spent a lot of time at Javea Playa L'Arenal beach which was 10mins I. The car (10-12 euros in taxi each way) but fantastic for restaurants too. Would recommend car hire and we found Sol Car (in Javea within the Jambo Travel agency) were excellent and reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa, the facilities at the villa and great restaurants in the area made for a fantastic holiday.

Total relaxation in Xabia

The villa provided everything we needed and more. The outside Naya, pool and gas BBQ were fully utilised. The sea views were amazing. The local bakery was great for fresh bread, croissants etc, we enjoyed the 10 min walk back up the hill to the villa every morning (ensured that we worked up an appetite!). Local restaurants were good and Xabia itself is a lovely town and had plenty to offer older teenage children too. (Taxi's into town in the evening were c 10/12 euros.)

A beautiful villa with everything we needed.

We spent 10 nights at this stunning villa with our children, ages 15 and 13 in July. We all thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and absolutely loved this villa, we did not want to leave and hope to return one day. The villa itself is fantastic, it had everything we could possibly need and more. The villa was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Obviously a lot of care and attention has been put into it by the owners. The outside area was amazing; super pool, roof top terrace with fabulous views, plenty chairs/sun beds and the outdoor eating area was perfect, especially with the BBQ/fridge/washing machine. The welcome pack with wine/water/food was a lovely touch! We loved the peace and quiet and amazing views, but also enjoyed a few trips into Javea which only took 10 mins in the car. The supermarket was a 5 minute walk which was perfect for getting breakfast every morning. We also enjoyed Azhar restaurant beside the supermarket, food and service was great. An absolutely fantastic holiday in a truly beautiful villa. Thanks again for having us.

A beautiful villa in tranquil setting, lovely gardens pool, everything for a perfect family holiday.

From start to finish the whole experience of booking Villa Jacinto fulfilled my every expectation. The owners go in detail to ensure the booking and "what, where and how"" process is smooth and clear. The pictures provided struggle to do justice to the real beauty of the villa with everything it enjoys both inside and outside especially the breathtaking views of the area.

My family holidays in villas over the last 15 years in this area meant I have a good knowledge of the region and all its facilities, but this specific experience of Jacinto is by far one of the best; the accessibility to the local communities of Javea and Moraira for the endless variety of restauranst and Spanish ambiance you can wish for, together with I believe to be the best beaches in Spain, make this a wonderful choice to enjoy a memorable holiday.

Basic given is car hire, "Do you Spain" is highly recommended and the fantastic information pack provided prior to holiday from Greg consists of everything you need to know how to get to Jacinto and the most out of your holiday. Enjoy, this is one villa that I would definitely return to without question.

Died and Gone to Heaven

The Villa and it's Location in our opinion is perfect! Quiet and peaceful with beautiful views from the Roof Terrace. There are hardly any negatives with regard to the Villa so not even going to bother to mention them. We were a party of six (4 Adults 1 teenager and a ten year old) and the facilities were very well appreciated. The Pool, Gas or Charcoal Barbie, The lovely Naya, The Roof Terrace, The welcome pack etc. Don't like plastic glasses but understand the reason for them and no big deal really. We would thoroughly reccomend the Villa and we are looking forward to coming here again.

Villa was lovely, in a great location and ideal for families

We loved our stay here in the villa. We were over for a wedding and the location couldn't have been any better with the venue being literally steps away (a friends villa). The villa was clean with fresh bedding and they accommodated our needs of having a toddler cot available & highchair.

The real positives of the villa were the cleanliness, the little informative notes within the villa showing us the best places to go, the outside dining area and BBQ is great, and the overall spacious feeling within the villa.

There are no real negatives about the villa, we had a few ants at times but nothing a quick spray of the repellant couldn't sort.

Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely book to stay here again.

The nearest beach is 4 minutes drive away (Barraca or Granadella both pebble beaches). The main sandy beach at the Arenal (Javea) is approx 7 mins drive away.


Airports serving the location generally are Alicante approx 85kms and Valencia approx 100kms.

Airlines to choose from include Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch, Flybe, British Airways, Thomsonfly, Norwegian.

Car hire is recommended as the most economical solution for getting from the airport to and from the villa.There are several car hire companies operating out of both airports which can be located via the internet.


Javea is approx 7 minutes away by car. The Cabo De La Nao lighthouse is 15 minute walk away. The nearest supermarket is 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive away

Further Details:

The coastal and stylish town of Javea has three distinct areas of interest for the holiday visitor. The Arenal with its' sandy beach and the Port, linked by a beautiful stretch of rocky beach, and the Old Town (Pueblo). The Old Town is typically Spanish with many whitewashed buildings, narrow streets, squares, a beautiful church and pavement eating places. The Port has a thriving fish market, is still a working port and has a yacht club/marina, as well as a pebble beach and numerous shops and sea front restaurants. The palm lined beach at El Arenal has a flat sandy beach, ringed by a semi circular flat promenade which houses many restaurants and bars. The forty minute or so stroll to and from the port to the Arenal is flat, but if you don't fancy the return walk, buses and a little taxi train (in the summer months) will bring you back to your starting point.

Market day in Javea is Thursday and is held in the Old Town. Javea has two fiestas each year, the first in June held in the Old Town, and the second in September held in the Port. Both include colourful processions, dancing, bull running and firework displays.

Balcon Al Mar has several good quality restaurants which can be walked to and from the villa, but as the villa is on a hill, a few minutes of walking up/down hill is required. A tennis club, supermarket, bakery and hairdressers are all within walking distance of the villa. The There is a bus service with a stop nearby the villa which will take you to Javea stopping at various points on route to the Old Town. A timetable can be obtained from the tourist office in the Port.

The tourist office offers guided scenic walks of the area in English and Spanish during the high season.

There is tennis both locally and in the Arenal area of Javea.

Horse riding and lessons are held at the Centro Hipico Javea.

Mundomar (seaworld) Marine Park, Aqualindia Water Park, Terra Mitica theme park - all in Benidorm 40 minutes drive away.

El Vergel safari park is about 25 mins drive away, near Denia.

Go karting can be found locally in Javea.

Prices are per week and given in UK pounds sterling. 25% booking non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival which is non-refundable.A refundable surety deposit of £200.00 is required, this is held against breakages, damage or key loss and will be returned approximately 2 week after departure following satisfactory inspection of the property. Changeover Day:
Change over day is Saturday, but could be flexible during lower season lettings by negotiation. Clients arriving can access the villa after 4pm on day of arrival. Clients departing must vacate the villa by 10.00am.

Notes on prices:
Rates include gas, water, pool and garden maintenance to the owners requirements, but do not include travelling costs including flights, trains, taxis, transfers, car hire or insurances.
