Marina Real 214 is a modern apartment directly overlooking the fabulous palm- fringed harbour of Puerto De La Duquesa. The first-floor apartment has two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and a lounge area leading on to the terrace - which is ideal for al fresco drinks. The apartment is air-conditioned. It offers access to its’ own secure under-ground parking and benefits from two pools – the communal garden pool and the upper terrace pool, both of which provide sunloungers for guests. The beach is 100 yards away and is directly accessible from the gated communal area, as are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and children’s playgrounds etc. Puerto De La Duquesa is a 5 minute walk to the village of Castillio and a 10 minute walk along the coastline to Sabinillas. The surrounding area is renowned for its world-class golf courses which host international competitions – Valderrama, Sotogrande and San Roque are less than half an hour away.

Activity and Interests
Marina Real apartments are adjacent to an extensive beach, with beach bar, sunloungers to hire and good coastal walks. The opposite side of the harbour offers it's own beach and a further beach bar which is also open in the evening and serves fantastic dishes.
Malaga airport is approximately 1 hours drive away by taxi or hire car. Regular flights are also offered to Gibraltar, which is approximately 30 minutes away by road.
Puerto De La Duquesa is a 5 minute walk to the village of Castillio and a 10 minute walk along the coastline to Sabinillas. Both have lots of lovely coffee shops and traditional spanish stores.
- Booking Notes:
The property is managed by a local agent who provides a meet and greet service and 24 hour emergency number. All towels and bedding are provided except beach towels, with a weekly linen change and maid service. Changeover day is mainly Saturdays but can be flexible out of high season.
10% (non-refundable) deposit required to secure booking, with balance to be paid one week in advance of departure.
Saturdays are the preferred changeover day but we can be flexible, particularly in low season.
