This first floor apartment has a stunning location overlooking the yachts and powerboats of beautiful Cala D'Or Marina. A short walk around this stylish Marina will take you to a wide range of restaurants and shops in the centre of town, with its large pedestrian area. The nearest Cala with its pretty sandy beach is a leisurely 10 minutes walk away. The garden for this well established complex has plenty of shade and, as only a few of the 24 apartments are available as holiday rentals, the setting and pool are normally pleasantly uncrowded. A supermarket is conveniently located nearby within the marina. The apartment comprises a lounge/dining area, a kitchen, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with family showeroom. There is a sofabed, chest of drawers and privacy screen in the lounge. Air conditioning units are located in the two bedrooms and in the lounge/dining area. Wifi is available at the apartment.

Notes on accommodation: In Spring 2012 an air-con/heating system was installed and also the kitchen was re-furbished. Sat TV was installed. Both bathrooms were refurbished in spring 2016. Wifi is available in the apartment. Outside: The balcony, accessed from the lounge, has a table and chairs and beautiful views over the pool, gardens and marina. Utility Room: In the utility cupboard is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bathroom towels and bedlinen are provided, and changed weekly (if guests are staying for two weeks or more). The apartment is cleaned between guests - but please carry out all your own washing up !

Very disappointed

Property poorly maintained. Bathrooms and kitchen very nice. Bedrooms functional. Window frame in lounge broken and could not close window for 2 days. Lounge door frame expanded and door very difficult to open. Couch grubby and old. Nothing nice like cushions or lamps. Facilities not good no hairdryer, cutlery disgusting and chipped cutlery. Ironing board on a little pop up thing difficult to use. We have stayed in another apartment in this complex and it was like night and day. Only saving grace was view and pool area. If you not going to maintain and update your apartment it should be reflected in the price. Jayne came next day with a hairdryer and got someone to close the window. Sorry to be so negative but we have been renting from owners for over 10 years and always had nice apartments or villas.

Lovely Holiday

We had 10 days in this very nice apartment. The apartment is equipped for all your needs and there is plenty of cupboard and drawer space. The view from the balcony looks down on the pool and garden and then over to the lovely Marina, nothing nicer than sitting with a glass of vino watching the boats go sailing by. There are plenty of restaurants/bars round the Marina. Across the road from the apartment you can catch the road train that takes you in to Cala D'or centre with it's shops and Restaurants.

I would like to thank Jayne who helped us with a problem.

Amanda answered any questions we had via e-mail quickly and was very helpful.

Cala D'Or is built around a group of Calas (sandy coves). The nearest beach is only 10 minutes easy stroll away. There is a road mini-train that goes right past the apartments en-route to other local beaches and a nearby National Park, that also has some beautiful family-friendly beaches.


Palma Airport is less than an hour by car. Taxis are easily available. 'Airport to Cala D'Or' is also on a coach/bus route. If you just want a complete 'chill-out', a hire car is not necessary.

Further Details:

Mallorca has some great things to do:-There is the glamorous capital city of Palma with its beautiful Cathedral, chic boutiques, and authentic tapas bars. You can travel from Palma to Soller by train, and then on to Porte de Soller by modified San Francisco cable tram! There are the Caves of the East Coast, Cuevos d'Arta, Cuevos d'es Hams and Cuevos del Drac,and the mountains of the west, 'Serra de Tramuntana' to visit. There is the Sunday market at Felanitx, and many other local markets. There are Aqua Parks, and a fantastic world class Aquarium. There are exciting Musicals and Acrobatic Shows e.g. 'Come Fly with Me' and 'Pirates'. With a hire car all are within easy day-trip distances.

Booking Notes:
A £100 per week non-returnable booking deposit is required. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure.

Changeover Day:
Changeover is Saturday. Please vacate the apartment by 10:30 am on day of leaving. The apartment will be available after 4:00 pm on day of arrival.

Notes on prices:
Please note that the change over day is Saturday. This means that the pricing is from 'Saturday to Saturday'. If you wish to come and go on other days this will incur an extra cost, as the apartment will lie empty for periods of time.
The apartment is let for four people, but it has a sofa bed so can sleep six. For a fifth &/or sixth person there is an extra charge of £50/head per week.
