Apartment nr Frigiliana, Costa del Sol, Spain - Peaceful Apartment Set In The Beautiful Andalucían Hil

The apartment is furnished to a high standard and benefits from air-conditioning, essential for the hot summer months. The Unusually large heated swimming pool, with large covered bar area is for the exclusive use of the tenants during their stay, there is also an ideal large cool dinning area as well as ample sun bathing terraces around the pool, there are outstanding views over the Andalucian countryside and down to Frigiliana and Nerja on the coast. The bar area also for the exclusive use of the tenants around the pool is ideal for a relaxing drink and barbecues. Private parking. Please note: Young children would require supervision on the balconies of the property and pool area, we do not encourage children under 8.

About Linden Philby

We moved to Spain in 2009 and have enjoyed working on the property we have 2 cats and 2 dogs, we have more or less taken early retirement, although working on the garden is work enough as it is very steep and keeps us fit!

We have 2 grown up children who still live in the UK but they and my mother (99) and sister make regular visits. We do not plan on having tenants for more than a few weeks of the year as this is essentially our home and we would like our guests to feel they too are home from home.

Why Linden Philby chose Axarquia (Costa del Sol)

We moved to this area as it is not on the tourist part of the costas but gives us the views and quality of life we were looking for, we love the rural life but have the town near by so do not lack facilities. We have made many friends of all nationalities. we also enjoy the goats going past several times a month. In the word of one of our guests its almost biblical!

What makes this apartment unique

We feel the area around the pool is a great asset as the pool is larger than average with a lovely bar/BBQ area and a covered dinning area. This is all available on an exclusive basis to our tenants when the apartment is let, we have plenty of alternative space and want our tenants to enjoy the privacy. There are views of the countryside and the sea, it is private and secluded.

Special interest holidays:

The area is ideal for walking, bird watching and photography, as we are very close to the National reserve.

Coast/Beach:

The beaches at Nerja are about 15 minutes' drive from the apartment. Nerja boasts many secluded beaches as well as the impressive Burriana Beach with its excellent facilities, bars and restaurants. Torrox is about 20 minutes' drive from the apartment and also has excellent bars and restaurants along it's very long beach with promenade.

Distances:

6km to Frigiliana.

15km to Nerja.

50 minutes to Málaga (airport).

1 hour 15 minutes approximately to Granada.
