Casa Catalina is a spacious and very well located 3 double bedroom villa set just off the coast road from Moraira to Calpe in Cap Blanc. The fully enclosed private grounds are accessed through electric gates to allow for good security. The villa encompasses several sunny terraces and a large covered gazebo should you wish shade. The villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, (1 x master with en-suite and 2 further x double rooms): a large open plan living area with lovely fireplace and ample comfortable furniture – equipped with central heating, aircon, satellite TV (BBC, ITV etc), DVD player and a selection of over 30 films, and a stereo with a good selection of CDs. There is an outdoor BBQ, several seating area and ample sun beds.We also have wi-fi and full UK terrestial TV and full SKY package! We have also fitted ceiling fans in all bedrooms and in the main lounge. For the more mobile we also now have a table tennis table to keep you fit!

We purchased in this particular location so that are then young teenage girls were able to go to the local shops and beach with no need for my wife or I to become their taxi drivers!

At the same time as it's easiness into the local hub it also sits in an area that is basically traffic and noise free.

We go as often as possible to chill out and relax from the hectic lives we lead in the wet and windy uk!,

What makes this villa unique

Complete noise free environment but very close to all the local amenities .

Air-con in all the bedrooms and heated pool if required in the winter months(surcharge applies)

Notes on accommodation: The accommodation sleeps6and is furnished to a high standard and has air conditioning in all bedrooms and ceiling fans.There is also a ceiling fan in the main lounge.The master bedroom is en-suite with a bath/shower. Outside: The gardens surround the entire villa with mature tropical plants, trees and shrubs. The sunny terraces have ample tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool area. There is a large BBQ and also a shaded gazebo with additional seating. Utility Room: Located in a room outside with washing machine and tumble dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are included in the rental and provided once a week (excluding long term rentals). Beach towels are included in your rental. Other: The main terrace enjoys a deep private 8 x 4 meter pool. Adjacent is a family BBQ. Ample sun beds and tables and chairs. Other seating is located around the grounds and in the covered naya. There is also a double person hammock under the gazebo !,

An enjoyable stay.

Well positioned villa about 20minutes walk from the town, meaning we didn't really need a car. Good patio areas with a great BBQ and all main facilities.

Beautiful house, great place to stay!

We had a great holiday in juli 2017 with 4 (grownup) children. The house is large, beautiful and well furnished. Everything you might need is in or around the house. A great kitchen and bbq outside, a nice pool where we had lots of fun. Nice garden all around the house.

The couple that received us was very friendly and we could ask them anything. Also the owners are very kind and easy to contact them. The house is situated in a quiet area, with a big supermarket (with lots of great fresh meat, fish and vegetables) and fresh baked bread on 5 minute walking distance. A couple of restaurant to walk to but we prefered going to Moraira center for a nice meal out. We were so lucky to be in MOraira during la Fiesta so we enjoyed a beautiful, beautiful firework. Different lovely beaches, we specially liked El Portet for the view. Weekly market on friday. We definitely recommend this place and hope to come back oneway!

stayed here 3 times last year due to a great place

we enjoyed the spacious clean quiet & peaceful property, the meet & greet couple extremely helpful the 100 question was never to much, there a welcome package which very helpful until we found our feet the next day, beds very comfortable the rooms cool down quickly once air-conditioning turn on, plenty of hot water for my family to wash, pool warm our two son's 14 & 16 had plenty fun & games in the pool, me & hubby went in june & september then i went back in August with our boys & my mother, moraira is a lovely laid back town there plenty of restaurants, beach's clean and water slides on the main seafront, thank god for the wi-fi and good satelite uk tv.

Stunning!

What a fantastic villa! It is so much bigger than it looks in the photos. The outside area is super from the many seating areas to the beautiful pool. The villa has everything you could want, it is very clean and the meet & greet couple are English and extremely helpful. Location is great. Supermarket, bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk and it's about 20 minutes walk into Moraira town which is mainly flat - a bonus in this area. Highly recommended villa holiday.

Coast/Beach:

Within 500m of the house is a rocky cove popular for snorkeling and a great beach bar. The two main local gently shelving sandy beaches (EEC blue flagged for cleanliness) are within a 10 and 15 minute walk and are well tended and very safe for family bathing. Other activities in the area include tennis, football, squash, all water sports, boat hire, horse riding, go-carting and night clubs.

Travel:

Alicante Airport is a 50 minute drive and airport collections can be arranged if required. Car hire is advised to fully appreciate this beautiful unspoilt area of Spain but not needed if staying within Moraira itself.

Distances:

Moraira itself has an impressive marina, a large variety of local shops, banks, a weekly market and excellent restaurants ranging from beach bar snacks to gourmet dining. The Aqua Mundo water Park and Terre Mitika Theme Park are located within a 40 minute drive and the beautiful City of Valencia is an hour drive.

Further Details:

There are shops and bars within 5 minutes walking distance and the town is 20 minutes away as is Moriara Beach. Taxis at night are 6 euros to get home!
