Situated in a modern complex with a large swimming pool the apartment benefits from an excellent location, being only a 5-minute drive to the safe and beautiful golden sand beach at Coral Bay, and a 10-minute walk to the traditional Cypriot village of Peyia with restaurants, bars, bakeries and supermarkets. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with the ability for both cooling and heating the apartment.

The apartment has a wi-fi router and booster antennae and is a 'user pays' system. Clients can obtain credit from Citycell Hotspot by phoning +357 25 100 999 or +357 2525 25 20. 3 days credit = €15, 1 week = €25 and 2 weeks (+ 1 week free) = €35.

The surrounding district offers so much for the visitor including the 'Tombs of the Kings' - a UNSECO World Heritage Site; The Baths of Aphrodite and Adonis Falls; three world-class golf courses; the Paphos Aphrodite Waterpark and the Akamas National Park providing much interest for nature enthusiasts and walkers.

About the Owner

We love Peyia in Cyprus especially for its almost year-round sunshine. We love the warm friendly Cypriot people and the proximity of Peyia to the beautiful and safe Coral Bay Beach with its crystal clear water and golden sands. The variety of restaurants (offering everything from traditional to European cuisine) will suit all budgets, and we can highly recommend La Vigne (a fantastic Italian Restaurant in Coral Bay). We also highly recommend a visit to the Last Castle restaurant (Viklari) near Peyia with its stunning views over the Akamas pennisular. There is plenty to see and do in the region, but we mostly enjoy its peaceful and relaxing location.

We purchased our property to enjoy the beautiful warm and sunny climate of Cyprus which enjoys nearly year-round sunshine. We both lead busy lives and it is nice to just get-away and totally relax in Cyprus. The apartment is centrally located in the Village of Peyia with all amenities and close to the safe and golden sanded beach at beautiful Coral Bay.

Coast/Beach:

Situated 19 kilometres from Paphos is the charming hillside village of Peyia, with its magnificent views over Coral Bay – a safe and sandy beach only a 5-minute drive away, which provides access to all the usual beach and water sport activities, together with a large selection of bars and restaurants.

Travel:

Fly directly to Paphos International Airport which is a 30 minute drive from Peyia, or fly to Larnaca International Airport which is a 2-2.5 hour drive drive from Peyia.

Local taxis are available, however we highly recommend that you hire a car and can recommend good deals from a local and trusted car hire company.

Personal greeting and pick-up can be arranged on request at additional cost.

From the Owner

The property is located only a 10 minute walk to the Village of Peyia, and a 5 minute drive to beautiful Coral Bay with its abundance of good restaurants and bars. The view from our balcony is beautiful and we enjoy nothing more at the end of the day sitting on it and watching the sun go down over the Mediterranean Sea. Our property also features a wonderful pristine clean swimming pool.

Sliding glass patio doors lead to a private balcony with table and chairs and sun-loungers enabling alfresco dining and sunbathing whilst enjoying the sea view. Wi-fi available in apartment. It is a 'user' pays system and credit can be purchased from City Cell Paphos Outside: Large communal pool with sun loungers and sun umbrellas available. WC and shower facilities also available at the pool area. Utility Room: Iron and ironing board with a drying rack and pegs. Broom, half-broom & shovel. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen supplied - including separate beach towels. Towels and bed-linen changed on a weekly basis if a stay of over 14 days is booked.
