This stretch of Andalusian coast boasts endless golden sand beaches, and the area is very popular for golfing, hiking, horseback riding, cycling, windsurfing, swimming, fishing, and snorkeling.

The villa was built by me and my late husband in 1989, and continuously upgraded ever since to a very high standard. I am a Norwegian business woman who previously had my own textile company.

The property was the first development in this very beautiful hill above La Quinta golf course, which ment we could choose the best site in the area.

The villa is an excellent base for hiking and biking in Sierra Blanca and the southern Andalucia region.

There are a number of fabulous beaches and beach clubs within 10 min drive from the villa.

Travel:

The villa is 45 min drive from Malaga airport. Car hire at the airport is recommended. The owner will provide detailed driving directions to the villa to tenants upon booking.

Distances:

Marbella, Puerto Banus and San Pedro are all withing 5-10 min driving distance from the villa.

Outside: The villa has a large open terrace facing south and west, with sun all day. The terrace offers complete privacy for sunbathing, while there are also large shaded outdoor areas. The terrace has a dining area for 10-12 persons and a comfortable sitting group, both under roof. There are also sun beds, large towels, and a large parasol provided. At the back of the villa there is a beautiful garden with a romantic floodlighted fountain. On the terrace there is a 15 meter long private pool with one deep end and a shallow end suitable for kids. The pool can be heated at extra cost on request. Utility Room: There is a separate washing room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen and towels provided. Property cleaned on arrival and midweek. Extra cleaning service available, house staff available on request, washing machine and tumble dryer at the disposal of tenants. Other: At one side of the terrace there is a large barbecue area under roof seating 10-15 people. The barbecue is equipped with gas-grill, fireplace, fridge, sink with cold water and CD player/radio
