Having stayed in Los Cristianos apartments for many years found this slightly bigger better and value for money. In fact the 5 of us were very comfortable as we all had bedrooms and ideal for privacy. Have already booked for next Easter.

This townhouse was ideal for our family which included my 3 yr old grandchild as it is spacious and located close the area of Los Cristianos we love. Also we found it to be value for money for the 4 of us in comparassion to others in the same area.

Very nice townhouse with all the amenities you could need.

The property is about 20 mins walk to the beach and town centre and can be quite a climb back home for those less able. A good location tho and ideal for families/group.

The reason I gave this 4* instead of 5* is only because the baby pool was in bad need of a clean but this was done near the end of our holiday and my daughter loved it.

Immaculate townhouse

We are just back from staying in this townhouse. It was really easy to book , with the owners insisting on personal touch which mafde everything go smoothly. The property was very spacious, and well laid out..the decor and furnishings, were of a high standard and the owners provided a generous welcome pack which meant we could leave shopping til next day. Plenty of towels were provided and there was a handy washing machine which meant we went home with clean clothes. Help was at hand if needed, full alarm system provided.

Owners were very helpful , did their best for us to have an enjoyable stay..

Within 5 mins walk, plenty restaurants, supermarket, entertainment..only short ride from airport. Slight problem with the pool, we used facilities of nearby complex. Overall we had a very enjoyable holiday, sorry to be home..return of safety deposit was very quick ..

Lovely spacious accommodation

A beautiful, well-appointed property with 3 good size bedrooms and a lovely top floor area with day bed.

Very well furnished and equipped and excellent customer service from the owner and team. Outside living areas were private.

Secure and quiet complex - only drawback was the non-heated pool which was freezing. In the Summer months this would not be an issue as the sea would be warm, but outside of these times it's not really usable. That's why it has 4 stars not 5. Based on the accommodation alone I'd give 5.

The issue regarding the pool not being heated, was brought up with the community during the last AGM, and they are getting quotes at the moment to see the cost and running expenses, so I hope this should be sorted by the next winter. An excellent and comfortable Town house

The house was immaculate. There was so much space , the bedrooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. The hot tub was great fun. We appreciated the welcome goodies. The location was quiet and private. The pool had been under maintenance and looked a bit cloudy so the kids didn't really want to use it. However we were only 20 mins walk to the beach, passed lots of bars and restaurants. And the supermarket was only 5 mins away. Communication with the proprietors was excellent. I would highly recommend the holiday let to all my family and friends. A definite winner. The kids were impressed as it also had British TV channels and WIFI. We visited Siam Park (water park) via a free bus,, excellent fun. Visited Mount Tiede via bus excursion, and Lora Park via bus (long journey from this side of the island to the other). Public transport was reliable and the bus stop was right outside the complex. Ideal location, excellent value for money. Thank you Joyce, Victor and Eirlys for a brilliant holiday.

Wonderful Place to Holiday

We stayed here and loved the peace and tranquillity of this property. One thing we enjoyed is the size of the villa which is very big and all our family had their space and slept in comfort. Also the location being so central to Los Cristianos and the beach was a big plus. Thanks to the team at Lupain Properties for making this holiday a memorable one

A sound investment in a very good location and there are very few 3 bed in Los Cristianos area.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Tenerife South at 15 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : On Site Nearest Ferry : at 1 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Las Americas Golf Course at 2 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : at 1 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : On Site Nearest Beach : at 1 Kilometres Car: not necessary


Only 10 minutes walk will take you down to the beach in Los Cristianos where you can watch the boats coming and going in the Harbour. You can walk for miles along the seafront.


Nearest Airport is Reina Sofia which is 15km from Los Cristianos. Nearest Motorway is 0.5km. Nearest Ferry is in Los Cristianos 0.5km. Nearest Beach is Los Cristianos 0.5km.

Car is not essential as there is an abundance of Taxis and regular public transport. However if you do wish to explore the island then a car will give you plenty of flexibility or there are loads of excursions that you can avail of.


You are only a 10min walk from the harbour of Los Cristianos where you can lay on the beach and soak up the rays, browse the shops or just stroll along the promenade at your leisure stopping for a refreshing glass of whatever takes your fancy whenever the fancy takes hold!

Siam Park which is a must for all the family is only a 10 minute bus ride which is arranged whenever you book your entrance tickets and the pickup point is only a few hundred meters from the accommodation. Dont Miss This!!!

Further Details:

There is a large Spar supermarket on the other side of the road where fresh produce is available daily. This is open every day including weekends and holiday till 21.00. Also within a 5 minute walk you will find Lounge Bars where you can chill or watch all types of sports on large screens. If you like Fusion Asian food there is a new restaurant call Overseas which is highly recommended. A selection of Italian, Spanish, Indian and even Monogolian restaurants are within easy walking distance. Should you wish to be active then up the road there is squash courts and fully equiped gym.

Rates are for 4 people there is a charge for each additional person maximum of 6.

At time of reservation we require a 25% deposit to secure the booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of 200 pounds is required and will be returned within 7 days after departure with deductions for any damages. We ask that you leave the accommodation in a tidy and clean standard. If not we will charge £50 from your security deposit for us to hire extra help with the clean.

Changeover Day:
Flexible changeover day. Entrance time on day of arrival will be 3pm. Departure time 10am. We can be flexible with these times if we do not have another client arriving on these days.

We have a strictly no smoking policy within the accommodation, however there is plenty of outside space for those who wish to smoke. Outside: To the rear of the house there is a large private terrace with alfresco dining for 6. To the front of the house there is a lovely spacious terrace where you can chill out on the sofas and just relax with a nice glass of cold wine perhaps! Utility Room: Utility room with iron, ironing board, washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels) If staying for more than 1 week we provide a linen and towel change. Other: At the top of the house there is a second lounge with patio doors leading to the terrace with has 2 sun beds with parasol.
