This traditional style Spanish villa is ideally situated to take in the stunning panoramic views of Moraira the Penon Ifach rock of Calpe and surrounding hillside. Set over two floors this family villa boasts of a walled garden, stepping down to a large heated swimming pool with incorporated baby pool and large terrace with outdoor shower facility. Traditionally furnished and providing kitchen, dining room extending to the living room, naya and additional terrace/balcony area. On the lower ground floor you will find two double bedded rooms, one slightly smaller twin bedroom. Plus Z bed & two travel cots, family bathroom and utility room.

About Linda Scott

My husband and I bought Casa Nikita to spend time for our holidays and his retirement. Sadly he never reached his retirement but we did have the opportunity to spend a few very happy holidays there. All my 4 children and their families love the villa for its diversity to spend time, from its close proximity to amenities, local golf courses, walking or running around the area or just to sit and take in the views. My grandchildren have learnt to swim in the pool and can't wait till their next visit, it really is a home from home to them.

Why Linda Scott chose Moraira

After being invited by my husbands friend to stay with him at his home in 2002 we fell in love with the area. We love the unspoilt surroundings and Moraira town with it's narrow cobbled streets and original square where Spanish and visitors meet for a drink ,meal or just sit and take in the ambiance of the time of day. Soon after we heard Casa Pedro as it was then was for sale. As soon as we walked around we felt relaxed and at home with it's large natural garden and panoramic view. All the family, children and grand-children love it. The pool at its deepest is only 1.1/2mtrs.we had a baby pool incorporated at only 1/mtr. Nothing better than a b.b.q. on the balcony with a cool glass of wine and watch the twinkling lights on the surrounding hills.

What makes this villa unique

Casa Nikita with its living area on top and the bedrooms below benefits from the 90 degrees view of the hills and Calpe Rock. The large balcony has uninterrupted sun from sunrise to the most fantastic sunsets. The nearest bar/restaurant just a few hundred mtrs away serving mainly English food and mini market with the bigger supermarkets shops and bars just a ten minute walk or 3minutes by car.The diversity of activities.from the nearby golf course to go -karting scuba diving and kayaking. Moraira town whilst retaining its small size and Spanish style is just 5 mins by car or 35min walk as is Portet Bay. It has very good shops resturants and of course the Friday market. The large tourist attractions Terra Mitica,Aqualandia etc;are approximately 30 mins by car.

Outside: Extra large pool with underwater lights and can be heated at an extra charge. This is not generally needed for June, July August and September. There are sunbeds for 6 and a large brolly and stand. A portable B.B.Q. Shaded undercover area to sit /hang laundery. Large patio area to pool and shower. Sunbeds and brolly. The large private enclosed garden has an abundance of trees flowering shrubs cactii and several specimen palms an oasis of Spanish flora. Good for exploring but take care. Cars can be parked within the electric gate. Utility Room: Washing machine, large freezer, ironing board, iron, cleaning utensils, 3x pedestal fans, 2x travel cots, spare bedding, towels etc. Pool toys. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Villa cleaned on departure beds made up before arrival. All bed linen, including one set of cot bedding. Bath hand and pool towels are provided and all accessible. Maid service can be arranged at an extra charge. Other: Enclosed Naya - 3/4 seater sofa, sideboard, patio table with set of six chairs and seat cushions( can also be used outdoors on top terrace area). Large umbrella for use on the balcony or the pool terrace.

Relax with stunning views

I have stayed at Casa Nikita for the last 4 years with my family, I have rated it 5 star not because it's on par with a five star hotel..... But because it was exactly what I expected and more..., it has everything you need for comfort with a family with young children, and a very traditional Spanish style. We all loved the pool, especially at night with the lights on and also very romantic to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sunset. We've had some lovely BBQ's in the balcony too.

The views from this villa are just stunning. Moraira is very quaint and has some great restaurants and a lovely beach, we also went to Javia which is busier but nice for a change.

For us it represents great value for money, with the privacy of your own villa and pool. Look forward to next year... Thanks Linda

Another Great Summer Stay!!

This is our 5th time staying at Casa Nikita and again we have had a great stay. We love the location of this place as we are only 5mins drive to the beach and the centre of Moraira and 10 mins from Javea. Our 2 young children love the pool and also like swimming in the evening with the pool lights on.Lots of memories sat on the balcony having yet another great BBQ with the sun going down over the hilltop. See you next year!! X
