Really nice two bedroom apartment on the first floor with lovely terrace overlooking the well kept gardens / swimming pool and baby pool, great place for family holiday, good location for walking to the nearby beach of Riells with the sea front promenade full of shops, restaurants and bars, the port of La Escala is only 5 mins walk away which also has nice restaurants and bars, the old town of L'Escala is a further 20 mins stroll around the sea front promenade

The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and very good location. L'Escala is very quiet in Oct

Unfortunately the weather was not good - cold and rainy for most of the time so we could not enjoy the garden and pool or relax on the beautiful beaches. There is a lot of history in the area so we visited the Roman and Greek ruins at Empuries, and at Roses. The Salvador Dali museum at Figueres was exceptionally good, and we enjoyed 3 days with our daughter who lives in Girona. We walked quite a bit, exploring the coastline too. There is a good coastal path. We would love to return to the area in the summer season and would love to have the same apartment. it was just what we wanted.

la propriété est sympa, bien entretenue dommage que ce ne soit pas insonorisé. on entend tout des voisins, meme l'eau qui circule dans les tuyaux au moment d'une douche. nous avons eu 2 cafards en 2 semaines dans notre appartement.

Appartement très propre ce qui laisse vraiment envie de le laisser dans le même état. Dommage que quelques grosses "bébettes noires" (style cafards) se soient invitées pendant notre séjour. Un piège avait été posé dans la salle de bain et plusieurs ont été tuées par nos soins. La propreté des lieux laisse à penser que ce problème vient de l'immeuble et des appartements contigus. A voir avec la co-propriété car cela pourrait nuire gravement à cette location saisonnière agréable.
