Villa is set in wonderful gardens with swimming pools and childrens play area in a secure setting. Beaches and nature reserve are within walking distance. Three marinas with numerous restaurants makes this one of Spain's favourite holiday resorts. Beautiful Moorish castle overlooks the Mediterranean sea with many small fishing villages along the coastline. Trips to mountain villages are a 30 minute drive away where typical village life and local craftsmen may be enjoyed. Almeria airport is only 40 km away with links to many major cities. Excellent weather conditions prevail, even in the winter months. A meet and greet service is available with welcome packs on order. Lovely to be in Spain and can travel to many cities like Granada or Malaga as a change.

Lovely views and great in the early morning and the lovely warm evenings.
Nature reserve makes it very tranquil but still very close to marinas with all their facilities.
This was our 2nd year returning to the apartment with 2 young boys and my mother in law and would highly recommend it for families, and couples.
The Apartment was very clean, fully furnished and is kitted out with everything you needed to enjoy your holiday.
Correspondence with the owner prior to going over was excellent and we were met by the owner's onsite agents who showed us around the apartment, and offered their services if we had any issues. The apartment was very spacious with a large patio which got the sun in the afternoon, the apartments within the complex are privately owned and the majority of the residents live there, a lovely on site pool with lifeguards, a play area for children and well maintained grounds.
Location is ideal for the local beaches all within walking distance though we drove most days due to the children and all the beach toys etc.
The nearest Tapas bar is within a minute walk turn right out of gate, A 10 minute walk will bring you to the numerous, wonderful Tapas bars and Restaurants Almerimar has to offer, tapas is free with a beer, wine or other alcoholic and the choice is vast.
A car is recommended to take full advantage of the unspoilt area, it is about a 40 minute drive from Almeria Airport and two hours from Malaga which we flew into the previous year.
There is a Mercadona Supermarket within a 2 minute drive and you have a shopping complex with a large Carrefour within a 10 minute drive, you will also find Go Karts there
We visited the beaches of Roquetas de Mar and also went to the water park which at the height of the season was empty so no queues, another visit for adults and kids is the Oasys Mini Hollywood film studios, and zoo again empty and a good day out for all

Nothing much can be said booked and paid for a months stay left after 2 weeks when we could go to a villa in Almerimar.Almerimar is so nice this apartment is nothing as described if it hadn't have been for ColinAnd Vanessa the key holders we would have left immidiatly they were so helpful finding us parking and everything else this owner is not to be trusted nothing like as advertised also don't expect a refund you just get abused
