About the Owner
I am Company Director and Businessman living in the North of England. I have owned my family home in France for the last 10 years, enjoying the mix of a busman's holiday, in that there is lots of upkeep and maintenance and embracing the rich Catalan culture. During the last 5 years,as the children have left home to develop their own lives and careers, we have made the property available to rent. I also have property investments in the UK.

Anniversary treat. The villa is very private and in a wonderful location. Beautiful beaches within 10 minutes bike ride, hired bikes in Saint Cyprian. Lovely countryside and coastal retreat. Lots to do and hope to return with family.
Had a lovely family holiday
enough room for four adults, one child and a toddler. Enjoyed our stay, fantastic having a private pool and also the air con!! Nice places to visit not too far away such as the caves and the zoo on mountain. shops nearby and nice walk in evening to bars etc..
Excellent value, home from home
Typically French house in a lovely village. Lots to do near by. Very gracious British owner. Very homely and all you need. Excellent value for money and rare. We will be back.
From the Owner
“The reasons for buying a home in this location are that it is set on the edge of lovely countryside and yet within a bike ride or short car journey of local beaches, restaurants and bars. It is within a few minutes drive of Saint Cyprien and Perpignan is approximately 15 minutes drive. (The bullet train to Barcelona departs from Perpignan and takes about 1 hour 20mins. It is set in a quiet residential area and all the properties are very private. The climate is sublime and the beauty of the Pyrenees is in abundance!”

“Long warm evenings spent on the large rear patio and pool provide complete privacy and numerous eating/relaxing areas. To be able to bike ride everywhere is simplistic and refreshing. (bike hire in Saint Cyprien) Local tennis courts and boules arenas within 500 yards. Fabulous patisserie not far away and the supermarkets put Waitrose to shame! The local wines are lovely and so inexpensive. The benefits of being on holiday and yet home from home as one of our guests commented.”
