Situated in the middle of the countryside, a small charming house (65 m²) for 4 adults, on a private property (1,3 ha) complete with swimming pool (6 mx12 m).The view is magnificent and the surrounding environment extremely quiet. Nicely decorated by "Lilas des bois". It's attached to the main house where the owners (only two) live. The cottage is very well separated with his own entrance, private terrace and garden.The kitchen, entirely equipped opens up to a comfortable living room, and a shaded terrace with a very beautifull view of the luberon Hills. The villa is set in 13 000m2, with an Orchard ( Cherry trees, Almond trees, Apricot trees, Apple trees), Field of olive trees, Vineyards, Lavander, and an organic vegetable garden.

What an absolutely stunning house
The whole location of this beautiful property takes your breath away . You can smell the scent of lavender around the property and the only sounds you hear are the honey bees busying themselves . So many different places to sit and relax all incredibly well thought through . I would challenge anyone who would become bored appreciating the gardens - just a delight . Shame the owners were not around during our stay just to congratulate them on the property - we were well looked after by the house sitters .. cannot recommend this house enough if you are looking for total relaxation and a moment of daydreaming each day . Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Wonderful
We stayed here for 5 weeks in October and November and loved every minute. The gite is very comfortable, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The owners are very charming and generous and gave excellent advice on places to visit and eat. The location is great for visiting the Luberon and also Aix en Provence is an easy journey and well worth visiting. The location is great for walking and mountain biking as there is an extensive network of trails accessible from the door through beautiful woods with amazing views . Can't recommend it enough.

Stunning location
Beautiful property. Two patio areas to maximise sun / shade. Excellently equipped. Amazing to go early summer to see and smell the lavender that surrounds the estate. Totally secluded and private. Even shaded parking for the car! Don't hesitate to book.

Delightful and sublime.
We stayed here last May and booked for this year immediately on our return to England. Read all the other reviews. The weather was perfect and the pool warm enough for pre breakfast swims and afternoon relaxation with a book. Guylaine and Franck are wonderful hosts, making us welcome from the minute we arrived. If you seek tranquility, beautiful countryside, charming old villages and excellent food then come along to Rognes.

Peace and tranquility
Welcomed by our hosts with a chilled glass of Provençal rose wine was a great way to start a peaceful and enjoyable weeks stay. The property was perfect for our needs - well equipped, clean and comfortable. The location was also ideal for investigating the best of Provence - the vineyards, the villages and the coastline - although that was a bit of a long day... Our only complaint was that we didn't stay long enough and the time passed too quickly. We would go back without hesitation.
