This superb two bedroom apartment sleeps 4-6 people and is part of a stunning secure complex in Olhos de Agua. Our first floor apartment is ideally situated in a corner position, providing more windows for a light and airy ambience. Each of the bedrooms and lounge have patio doors opening onto a balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the fabulous views and gardens. In a stunning setting with a lovely pool area and beautiful manicured gardens. Air con is available on request.

Thanks also to Vicky for meeting us on Wednesday night as it was late when we got there.It was a very special time for us in Olhos d'Agua as my brother got married in Grand Real Santa Eualia. It was a great time.

Amazing holiday in a fantastic apartment

My family and I have just returned from a two week holiday at this amazing apartment, it was definitely home from home. The facilities were fantastic, my boys particularly enjoyed the pool,tennis court & satellite TV. Olhos is a lovely location, lots of amazing restaurants on your door step. Sally arranged our transfers to and from the airport and took us into the Old Town too. Would definitely recommend to family & friends.

Absolutely fantastic!

We've just had 10 days at this apartment and it has been a fantastic holiday. The facilities are brilliant, in fact a stunning apartment 'home from home' .... Sally's communication from booking to the odd text whilst here has been great. The transfer services and use of taxi service to get around to visit local attractions, provided by Sally's business, has also been fantastic. Wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend to friends and family. Thanks to Sally, Nick and Trevor for making our stay here very comfortable and extremely welcoming.

Holiday break

Have just spent a week at this well appointed apartment. It was very clean and comfortable with a pleasant outlook. It was well placed for all the resturants and the beautiful beach was only a short walk. Nick and Sally took care of all the transfers and their driver Trevor was a credit to them. I will be going back.

Our apartment is in a great corner position with great views. Guests have use of the large communal pool, baby pool, showers and toilets available in the pool area. There is a flood lit tennis court to use or simply enjoy the pool and beautiful manicured gardens. The apartment is in a secure complex, with locking gates and underground car parking with lift access to the apartment. The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms and lounge have balconies with comfy chairs, table and sun lounger. The apartment is lovely and spacious with a large hall area with additional space for buggies, golf clubs etc. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a great holiday! Long term lets available November - March

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary


Olhos d'Agua beach is less than 5 minutes walk and has public showers and toilets available. The promenade is pedestrianised with lovely restaurants and shops. There are other beautiful beaches minutes away including the Maria Luisa beach and the huge Falesia beach.


Faro airport is 30 minutes drive and Lisbon is a two hours drive. The nearest train station is only a ten minute taxi ride at Boliqueme. Car hire is not essential but is very reasonable. Taxis and buses are available at the end of the road for transportation to Albufeira/Vilamoura and lots of other attractions.


The old town of Albufeira is ten minutes in a taxi and Vilamoura only 15 minutes. The livelier Montechorro strip can also be reached in a ten minute taxi ride - approx 6 euros.

Further Details:

Local supermarkets, cafes and bakery are only two minutes walk away. Also cashpoint, chemist, local shops, bars and restaurants. Olhos d'Agua has some of the nicest restaurants in the Algarve at a fraction of the cost of Vilamoura and main Albufeira resorts.

These beautiful apartments are within a close condominium located in the picturesque village of Olhos de Agua. Just around the corner you will find a selection of great restaurants, bars, supermarket, chemist and a bank plus a taxi rank and bus stop if you want to venture further afield. The beach in Olhos de Agua is approx. 5-10 mins walk and is great for the kids as at low tide there is fun to be had in the rock pools. You can sit in the beachfront cafes and enjoy the scenery or watch the local fishermen bring in their catch which is served up fresh in the local restaurants. There is plenty to do in the Algarve and Olhos de Agua is ideally located between Albufeira and Vilmoura. Vilamoura is worth a day out as it has a great Marina with many restaurants and bars on the top decking. Albufeira is the main tourist resort in the Algarve and has two great beaches. The Oura area is well known for it's nightlife with The Strip being the main attraction, however in the old town you can still see the original fishermen's houses, churches and cobbled streets and enjoy the atmosphere of The Square with it's market stall, bars, restaurants and street entertainment in high season. Local attractions include Zoo Marin where you can see the dolphins, sea lion and parrot show or visit the shark aquarium, it also has large pool areas and high diving shows in high season. You can also pay to interact and swim with the dolphins. The nearby Aquashow with thrilling rides, slides and shows. Just down the road in Sta Eulalia you can also go Tree Top walking or paintballing. There are numerous excursions and trips on boats, quad biking, horse riding, sight seeing tours. There is definitely lots to do!
