About Shelley Winder

Kervec is our second home. It has been a wonderful refuge from modern life and only available for rent in the past few years to help pay for the upkeep.

Our family - us, 2 children and dog - stay in the farmhouse and the Old Dairy is a fabulous addition for guests or extended family. Modern but very comfortable, all our guests are delighted to spend time here.

Shelley Winder purchased this cottage in 2002

Why Shelley Winder chose Trégunc

Wonderful location close to sea, historic towns, beautiful countryside as well as numerous markets and two excellent golf courses.

The Old Dairy is thoughtfully equipped with a woodburner, television with Apple TV, sun loungers and BBQ.

All rents are re-invested in the house.

What makes this cottage unique

We love the proximity of the numerous beaches - we regularly fill a flask, buy croissant and have breakfast on the beach.

We also enjoy a lazy day at home, BBQ, croquet, trampoline and paddling pool. Magnifique!

Outside: Set in grounds of 6 acres Kervec sits in a lovely level site with lots of space including bbq area and an orchard (help yourself to apples, pears, peaches, plums, grapes and cherries in season). The beaches are close to hand. One of our favourite things is to fill a flask with coffee and head to the beach for breakfast grabbing a few croissants as we go...magic!

The Old Dairy - Sleeps 2/3
average rating of 5.0 based on 1 reviews

The Old Dairy is a lovely conversion located in a great location.

  • 5 of 5

The location, conversion of the Old Dairy and the facilities on offer were very good. Information provided by the owner prior to the stay was really good including plenty of opportunities to ask questions, with prompt informative replies.

The property was well served, with great parking fabulous grounds and a feeling of being detached from the roadside, but with great road links very very close by.

The kitchenette, bathroom etc were all spotlessly clean and well resourced, with consumables included.

We loved the mezzanine floor bedroom and the characterful wonderful sitting room was a joy with a log burner and plenty of space.

Would we stay at this property again - absolutely YES - well done to the owners.
