Family holidays with your kids: The new private village is being build in Santa Ponsa, only 5 minutes from the apartment with the car - 15 minute walk.
The apartment is opposite the 'little beach' in Santa Ponsa, known for its tranquil setting, or 5 minutes walk from Santa Ponsa main beach. The beach is clean and sunbeds are available. 10 min walk to shops, restaurants, regular entertainment and water sports.
20 minutes by car/taxi from Palma Airport.
Palma is 20 mins drive (apx 40 euros taxi). The exclusive Puerto Portals is about 10 mins (apx 20 euros taxi). Water parks are approx 10 mins drive (apx 20 euros taxi). 2 local golf courses are 5 mins drive (apx 10 euros taxi). Magaluf is approx 15 mins dive (apx 12 euros).
Only 5/10 minutes walk from Santa Ponsa town with supermarkets, banks, restaurants and shops. The main bus station and taxi rank is in central Santa Ponsa at the end of the road (800mts).

Bookings can be made by email, phone or fax, and are secured with a £250 deposit. Full payment must be received prior to or on arrival.
Arrival and departures are flexible, and we do not work on a Saturday to Saturday basis, so you can book flights mid week or a time to suit you. Extra days can be worked out on a pro-rata basis. Please check the 'availability calendar'.

One week = 7 nights stay, and is for the apartment regardless of whether there are 2 or 4 staying. Extra nights can be worked out on a pro-rata basis. For example 1 extra night mid season in 2015 is £92. 1 extra night in high season 2015 is £100.
