Villa in Pissouri, near Limassol, Cyprus - Peaceful Location, With Access To A Shared Pool And Only 10 Minutes Walk To The Village Square
The villa D20 has spectacular 3D views across the mediterranean sea and Troodos Mountains. D20 is our holiday home and we continually update and have refurbished many areas recently to maintain to a high standard. This is a residential area and has direct access to the large modern swimming pool from the private citrus garden. The pool has a large sail for shade, sun beds, wide terraces and is seldom busy. Both bedrooms are downstairs and they remain surprisingly cool during the summer months.

Wonderful holiday location
A fabulous break in this quiet and relaxed part of Cyprus with amazing views across Pissouri Bay. Great location for exploring Paphos, Troodos, Limassol, beaches etc by car. Also only a short stroll into the village for a host of super restaurants and a lovely communal pool close by. Highly recommended villa, clean, spacious indoors and out, and with all you could need for a family break.
Everything I wanted for my stay in Pissouri.
Highly recommended. Very good accommodation, well decorated, clean and good service from the local manager. Quiet residential area with spectacular views over Pissouri Bay with the use of a beautiful pool but with easy access to the village. Very good food at The Hideaway and The Two Friends Tavern in the village. I stayed a month and couldn`t fault it. A perfect place to stay.
Clean, comfortable villa in superb location
This holiday was our 4th at villa D20. Clean, modern and well maintained, the villa provides everything needed for a family holiday. Set in a quiet location overlooking farmland with breathtaking sea and mountain views. Short walk to the pool which we often have to ourselves even in the middle of August. Perfect outside area for bbq's and well equipped kitchen. We have recommended to friends.

“We lived in Cyprus (Episkopi base) back in 1993/1994 whilst my husband was serving in the armed forces and subsequently our daughter was born in Akrotiri. We have many memories of our time in Episkopi and enjoyed many visits to Pissouri Village and Bay and subsequently in later years enjoyed several more holidays in Pissouri. It seemed the most natural conclusion to buy in Pissouri, the views are stunning and the village still maintains its authenticity and character.”

5 minute drive to Pissouri's blue flag beach with watersports (e.g. scuba diving).
10 minute drive to Cyprus's famous Curium Beach and the 3 lovely taverna's and home to the the famous

Car hire is not essential but is highly recommended.
Pissouri village is a 10 minute walk away.
Pissouri Bay is a 5 minute drive away.
Paphos and Limassol are 25 minutes drve.
Historical Nicosia is 1 hour 15 minutes away.
Aphrodites rock is 10 minutes away.
Pissouri is a charming village with breathtaking views. The locals are extremely helpful and friendly. Although peaceful it has everything you should need from supermarkets, restaurants, tavernas and banks. Pissouri is quite unique, that is why many couples and families return year after year.

On booking, a booking form and rental agreement will be sent. These must be completed and returned with a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the holiday. The balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure or if less then immediate payment. A deposit of £150 against breakages is required, this is refunded on inspection. For your convenience we accept payment through PayPal but charge an additional 3% fee.
Flexible, but depending on occupancy we ask that people vacate the property by 10am on departure day, our housekeeper will be contactable throughout your stay for any queries or questions.
Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds, this includes cleaning, laundry, all linen and towels, electricity including timed air-conditioning units. A welcome pack is available for an additional 15 euros if required. Discounts of 5% offered on early bird bookings made before 31/3/15 and upto 50% discount on stays in excess of 2 weeks. We also offer 10% discount on any repeat guests or if they have recommended a new guest.

- Notes on accommodation: This property is not suitable for very young children, no pets allowed and no smoking inside. Outside: From the lounge/living area, patio doors open onto a spacious/sun terrace providing magnificent views of the mountains and coastline. There is a table, 6 chairs, a wonderful 'Australian style sail' for lots of shade and 2 sun loungers for your alfresco dining or pure relaxation. The downstairs bedrooms open onto a secure garden area with fruit trees and flowing plants. The double bedroom has a small terrace with table and chairs. The villa also has its own private car parking space. Utility Room: Electric iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and bath and beach towels provided. If extra clean and linen is required please request at the time of booking. Other: Outside storage cupboard commonly, referred to as 'the Tardis' which includes a charcoal bbq and beach chairs.
