This apartment forms the ground floor of a larger modern villa set in 2,000 square metres of private gardens. It enjoys exclusive access and has private off-road parking. Has stunning views of Calpes iconic Peñion d'Ifach. The air-conditioned apartment has a flat screen T V,along with a large selection of family DVDs and free Wi-Fi. The surrounding hills are perfect for walkers, cyclists and mountain bikers alike. Horse riding and golf are available locally as are a whole range of water sports. Calpe is close to the motorway and is a short drive away from the coastal resorts of Moraira, Altea, Benidorm, Javea & Denia. For those wishing to travel inland, there is the mountain-top historic monastery of Guadalest amongst other attractions. There is genuinely something for everybody on this beautiful Costa Blanca coastline.

Just a quick note to thank you very much for your kind hospitality when we stayed in your lovely apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Calpe. Lots of luck for the future, Anne, Geoff, Matthew and Joseph.



On arrival we found the apartment was everything we thought it would be, spotless, comfortable, modern & a picture postcard view. Liz & her family could not have been more helpful throughout the process which made our stay more enjoyable. We miss the view from the lounge & sitting at home with a nice bottle of wine is not as good as enjoying one on the terrace of Q7. We hope to return again one day and recommend this apartment wholeheartedly. David & Jessica Hayes.

Outstanding Holiday Rental

We spent 2 weeks in this apartment in November, 2014 during our rock climbing holiday. It was a perfect home base for exploring Calpe and the surrounding areas. The owners were fantastic - very accessible, responsive, and helpful with making arrangements and ensuring that we were enjoying our stay once we arrived. The location of the apartment is perfect - up in the hills so that you have easy accessibility and parking coupled with peaceful and quiet surroundings. The views were outstanding - we sat on the terrace most mornings for coffee overlooking the Penon D'Ifach.

The apartment was fully equipped and extremely clean and comfortable. Both bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The bathrooms / showers were great with good water pressure and hot water at all times. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking including a French Press for making coffee and electric kettle for hot water. Wifi was very reliable and very fast. We never watched TV but there was a selection of DVDs if desired. All in all this apartment was exactly what we were looking for and we will definitely seek it out again the next time we head to the area. We barely scratched the surface of the climbing in our 2 weeks there.

A wonderful place in the sun

A great place to stay, both comfortable, clean, tidy and great facilities. Owners very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is close but far enough away from Calpe, with stunning views of the Penon.

Perfect for climbers wanting to explore the surrounding areas, a stunning place for some winter rock climbing.

With its challenging mountainous terrain, Calpes hotels provide the base camps for many of the worlds top professional Tour de France cycling teams. With its sheer 330 metre high cliff face, the Peñion d'Ifach is a magnet for world class climbers. Scuba diving at all levels is available from a variety of professional schools along this part of the coast line.

Coast/Beach:

The apartment is a 10 minute drive to Calpes sandy beaches with all the amenities that you would expect of this exceptional Costa Blanca resort. You can also enjoy a piece of Calpes historic past by visiting the old quarter with its traditionally Spanish narrow streets dotted with many alfresco restaurants, a perfect way to enjoy those long, warm, sunny evenings.

Travel:

Alicante airport is an hours drive away - Valencia is around an hour and a quarter. Both airports benefit from budget airlines. Details of how to find us will be given at the time of booking.

£100 is required at the time of booking. This acts as both a security bond & deposit. As a bond it is held until the end of your stay and is returned when the apartment has been left in a satisfactory condition. As a deposit, it is non- refundable should you fail to arrive or cancel. The full payment (separate from the bond) is due 8 weeks before arrival. If a reservation is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking. The exchange rate from sterling to euros is calculated based on the exchange rate at the time the quotation is made using Currencies Direct.com. Unless special dispensation is agreed, payment is required in Euros. On receipt of your deposit, your holiday is confirmed and it is understood and agreed that you have read and accepted the terms stated above.
