Notes on accommodation: The accommodation consists of a large living area and kitchen and a separate en-suite double bedroom both on the ground floor. The owner lives upstairs so access to the ground floor and the upstairs is via the shared main front door and hallway. The apartment is entirely self contained with lockable doors. Iron & ironing board available on request. Suitable for one/two adults only. Outside: Access to the large south facing garden. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels included.

Our London Home

My husband and I come to London every month for a few days. We really enjoy staying here and feel it is like a second home. A great location, for tube travel and a parking space! The accommodation is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Tricia is always kind and attentive. We have used many properties in the past and this is our No. 1 spot - look no further

Well Appointed Apartment

We have just completed a stay at this lovely apartment, we were here for eleven nights. We were helping our Daughter-in-Law and Son who have just welcomed twins into the world. It suited us fine as it was near Walthamstow where our Family live. We did walk the distance on one occasion, so it was quite convenient, and only five minutes or so in the car. The apartment was beautifully clean and very well appointed with en suite to the bedroom and a cool living room with adjoining kitchen to wind down in at the end of a busy day. We basically wanted accommodation to sleep in, but it was an added bonus to relax with a television and have the facilities to have a meal if we so wanted. Tricia was most accommodating and helpful and very friendly, which was nice. I would recommend for a stay for whatever reason.

A London Sanctuary

London is a busy, dynamic city. While this is part of its attraction, for some travellers it can be stressful. One option is to find accommodation that allows you to unwind. We stay in Leytonstone, a suburb in northern London. The immaculate, well appointed apartment is in a quiet suburban street. It has a large bedroom, modern en suite, lounge and kitchen that face onto a rambling, peaceful garden. In essence, it is extremely comfortable and is made all the better by a friendly, very helpful owner.

It takes literally 10 minutes to walk to the underground station and a 25 minute ride to central London or a 7 minute trip to the 2012 Olympic complex that includes acres of parkland and the highly rated Stratford shopping mall. Leytonstone itself is not to be missed. It has a village-like atmosphere with all the facilities including pubs, cafes and a large, modern supermarket. It is also the home town of the renowned film maker, Alfred Hitchcock, who is celebrated by a series of murals set into the walls of the concourse. Guess which films the mosaics represent.

Would we stay at the apartment again? Most certainly; we are about to book our third visit.

this is a lovely, very clean apartment in a great location if you want access to the east side of London as well as the City and West End because it is only minutes walk from Leytonstone tube station for the central line.

there is everything you need in this comfortable apartment and the host is very welcoming and helpful.

We can't recommend this flat enough. Fantastic value for money, perfect location, extremely friendly owner and the flat itself was comfortable, spacious and very we'll equipped. Very convenient for the tube and for outdoor spaces if like us you like to do some running and walking. Don't hesitate, book it, you won't regret it! Thanks Tricia for making your large comfortable flat available to us. Having no stairs is a bonus. As others have said it is a handy location to the tube and a major supermarket .

We certainly recommend your homely flat to friends both here and in England.

If we had stayed any longer you probably couldn't have kept us out of the garden .
