Fully air conditioned villa set within the Polaris World flagship golf resort of 'El Valle' in peaceful area of the resort within easy walking distance to the resort centre which includes a well stocked supermarket, large sun terrace, bar and restaurant overlooking the 18th green. Open plan lounge / dining area with vaulted ceiling leading to the barbcue area and private pool via 3 sets of French doors. Two seating areas with outside dining table and 6 chairs, and two armchairs and two seater sofa under the pergola. Off road parking for 2/3 cars on this quiet road within the resort and just a short walk from a children’s play area. Kitchen is fully fitted complete with American style fridge freezer with ice maker and water filter. Wi-Fi & TV in the villa.

Notes on accommodation: El Valle is 20 minutes from Murcia Airport ( San Javier) and 50 minutes-1 hour from Alicante Airport. The resort is situated between the busy historic city of Murcia and the more relaxed resort area of the Mar Menor, (both about 20 minutes). Other Polaris resorts are all within a short drive for use of other golf courses and can all be booked via the pro shop at El Valle. El Valle itself has a beautiful main bar/restaurant area overlooking the 18th Green,there is also a well stocked supermarket & Clover Leaf Pub. Two Tennis courts are across the road from the clubhouse which also incorporates a free gym area with weights and fitness machines and also a locker room and shower facility. El Valle also has two large communal pools on the other side of the resort and numerous children plays areas. Outside: The outside area of the villa is south facing & overlooks the 15th Tee at El Valle although it is far enough away that guests will not find passing golfers intrusive. Barbcue is purpose built and charcoal is readily available from the El Valle supermarket. Shaded dining area next to the barbcue and at the back of the villa by the pool is a pergola area with outside lounge furniture. There are also 4 sunloungers. Utility Room: Tiled work surface, Bosch washing machine, large sink with hot/cold taps. Access to boiler. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The villa has bedlinen and towels but not pool towels. The villa will have a full clean before you arrive. Please note a cleaning charge of Eu100 per stay which is not part of the villa rental price Other: A spacious clean marbled floor villa with all modern day requirements with a south facing view overlooking the 15th Tee. Patio area gives you the option of sunshine or shade. Swimming pool is cleaned weekly and takes about 20 minutes.Safe in dining area.

A lovely property to chill on holiday!

This was our first family holiday abroad with our little girl (1 and a half) + both sets of grandparents. The property is a beautiful villa, all on one floor, so no worries about the little one going up the stairs! The pool and the outdoor and BBQ areas are a great place to relax and enjoy the company. We could not fault the property and was a bonus to have wireless, however, it is a drive to get to anything eg beach, shops etc as not much available on site other then the club house.

The Mar Menor is a 130 square km inland lagoon which is contained by a strip of land which separates it from the Mediterranean Sea.It's warm, shallow water and soft sandy beaches with numerous children’s play areas on the sand, make it an ideal place for all the family, beach side cafes and bars run along side the beaches from San Pedro del Pintar to Santiago del la Ribera. Beaches on the Med itself can be found at La Manga(40 minutes) & Torre de la Horadada.


Murcia Airport (commonly known as San Javier) is a 20 minute drive, Alicante Airport is 50 mins- 1hour. Car hire is recommended.


The historis City of Murcia is 20 minutes away by car. The old town surrounding the Cathedral next to the Segura river provide many wonderful bars and restaurants providing local cuisine. Murcia also boasts a large shopping district in the city whilst on the outskirts there are large retail parks. The villages and small towns around El Valle provide supermarkets,the nearest Carrefour are in Murcia or Cartegana, both about 25 minutes away.
