This modern ground floor garden apartment - which facing south, has the benefit of having the sun from early morning until late afternoon - has been equipped to the highest standards, with everything a family needs for a fantastic holiday - INCLUDING WI-FI. The main bedroom is ensuite and the recently tiled shower room is adjacent to the second bedroom. The town centre - with shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants - is located within a ten minute walk of Green Paradise. The superb beaches of Oliva and Denia are approximately 15 miles away. Pego is renowned for its superb year round climate, wonderful light and brilliant, clear night sky. Spectacular mountain scenery forms a backdrop to the coastal plain, full of orange and lemon groves and rice fields Take a breath-taking drive inland through the mountains, which will bring you to the lush Jalon Valley where you can visit a ´Bodega´ to sample the rich local wines. We recommend a visit to the mountain village of Guadalest and a bathe in the nearby waterfalls. The internationally acclaimed theme park, Terra Mitica is only 45 minutes away. Shop in the local towns and markets of Pego, Denia and Javea.

About Carlos

I retired last year from my career as a salesperson. I've always wanted to have a property in Spain to spend time in a warmer climate now that the bones are creaking a little. I bought this back in 2008 and we're here usually for Easter and then again in September.

Why Carlos chose Pego

This apartment appealed to us because of it's closeness to the pool, and the fact that we get the sun pretty-much all day. It's very secure and offers fob-entry underground parking, though parking outside has never caused us any issues.

What makes this apartment unique

Whilst being a complex, it is very-much part of the town, rather than being an urbanisation. Green Paradise is the only complex in Pego that offers two private swimming pools. I'm not sure if it's unique, but the bar at the bottom of our road, affectionately known to us as The Shack, charges just ONE EURO for a pint of lager. So some of us can still get tipsy on a fiver.

Outside: There is a lovely terrace that over looks the garden and pool, complete with outside dining for 4 people and 2 sun loungers that can be used around the pool also. A beautiful Garden to relax in and the use of 2 Pools. Utility Room: In the separate utility room, there is a washing machine, iron with ironing board and sink. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: House towels and linen provided, beach towels. However, these can be hired locally, which can save on valuable suitcase space and weight please ask for details.

Perfect for family holiday

This property is clean and well equipped with everything you need for a family break in the sunshine. Having the beautiful pool ten steps from the balcony was an added bonus. The complex is well maintained and fairly quiet for August holidays.

A 10 minute walk to town where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from to suit all tastes, our favourites were the Casino Bar and L’om.

There are a couple of beaches with restaurants and bars 15 mins drive away, we liked the beach by Rio Mar campsite.

A great property and one we will recommend to friends.

zeer mooi appartement

Het appartement ligt mooi aan de buiten kant van de plaats pego maar toch zit je zo in het centrum,alles is op loop afstand te doen winkels, bakker, slager ,en supermarkt alles bij de hand . We hebben ons goed vermaakt ,we komen zeker terug,heerlijk rustig en als je de drukte op wil zoeken ga je na denia of een van de andere grote toeristen plaatsen.
