Sleeps 4/6. 2 bedroom fully air-conditioned apartment on three levels. Downstairs is the living and dining area, and outdoor terrace, kitchen/utility room, WC cloak room. Stylish marble stairways lead up to the 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a further stairway leads up to the rooftop solarium. You can enjoy the sun all day from sunrise until sunset on the balcony terraces or rooftop solarium where you can enjoy coastal views of the Mediterranean sea. There are 7 championship golf courses within 10 to 30 mins drive – Roda, La Finca, La Torre, Lo Romero, Villa Martin, Campoamor & Las Ramblas. The local area has five beautiful EEC blue flagged beaches.

Why David Green chose Alicante Province and Costa Blanca

The Royal Park Spa Resort is situated in Cabo Roig, Orihuela Costa in the Southern Costa Blanca. This small development is close to the coast and the renowned golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. The important tourist and commercial centre of Torrevieja is within easy reach. The area offers an abundance of beaches, marinas, golf courses, shopping and leisure centres. The area is easily accessible with Murcia airport less than 20 mins away and Alicante about a 40 min drive away. We bought this property because it is on a small quiet and a very relaxing complex, but close enough to the sea, beach, marina, banks, local squares with pubs, restaurants, tea house and shops for all requirements.

What makes this apartment unique

You can see the sea from all three of the terraces. It's not too close to the pool so it's never noisy. The onsite Gymnasium and Thermal Spa complex, the wellness zone, includes heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, hydromassage seats and beds, thermal beds, water cascades and water jets. The wellness zone is available all year round to keep your body and mind in constant harmony.

Outside: The exterior of the complex has Palm tree lined roads, with gardens, walkways leading to other nearby areas, an all weather pitch, a running track and children's playground. The on site Wellness Zone offers an Indoor heated hydrotherapy pool with its massage jets, jacuzzi beds, two saunas, hydromassage cabins, gym and thermal beds, changing rooms and showers. The outdoor pool has showers, a whirlpool, a shallow area for young children and parasols for shade.This is an excellent place to relax and the perfect retreat if you want to get away from it all. Utility Room: Clothes dryer,Washing machine, ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen All linen and towels are provided. Please provide your own pool towels There is a €60.00 cleaning fee which is payable on arrival at key handover. Additional cleaning and linen change can be arranged for an additional charge. Lovely apartment

The apartment was clean, very well equipped and surprisingly spacious. Lovely touch to have a welcome pack on the arrival. Supermarkets are just up the road and Zenia Boulevard with lots of shops, restaurants, entertainment and activities for children just a few minutes away. Will definitely be back

Be Aware

If you wish to spend your holiday living with noise dirt and dust,then this is the place to be. The apartment lies opposite a building site for 2 new large apartment blocks, between these lies the so-called SEAVIEW. We had no prior notice of this but apparently it is on the web-site though you'll be hard pressed to find it.

We had to vacate the property after 4 nights of our nine night holiday as we were unable to leave any Windows or doors open because of the constant noise, dirt and dust from 8am to 7pm daily. All the outside seating areas were out of bounds due to this problem. They hadn't even been cleaned before our arrival.

Do not be taken in by the photograph on the Owners Direct site. This shows a view of the inside area of the complex, none of the apartments on view is yours, as it should be. The apartment is well away from this area on the outside of the complex, facing the road and building site. Stay well away.

We are very aware of the situation with the building works opposite our apartment and that is why we stated it on our BOOKING NOTES page of the Owners Direct website. If customers do not read the booking terms we cannot take responsibility for their disappointment. We provide all available information to our customers. All outside areas were cleaned prior to your arrival, but with building works going on you would expect all open areas to have dust within a few hours of cleaning. Our apartment entrance door is about 30 metres away from the point where the picture of the outdoor pool was taken., the palm trees, the parasols and the pool itself do not personally belong to us either.:-)))) The picture on the website is just a picture of the outdoor pool. There are sea views from all three of the terraces, not panoramic and we do not state that they are, but you still can see the sea. We will be uploading more pictures in January when the apartments opposite are completed.

Great family stay

Just as described in the listing- spacious comfortable and clean. Flat owners were so easy to deal with and the key holder of the property was also a fantastic help. We are a family of 5 and the accommodation was perfect. The indoor pool was also fantastic when the weather got too warm for the kids- highly recommend this property for a family.

fantastic apartment

just returned from these apartments and had brilliant short stay with my niece and her husband. The area has everything you need great bars and restaurants and the apartment was clean and well equipped, Gordon the key holder was fantastic picked us from airport and showed us places we might want to go to eat/drink. The spa was added bonus as outdoor was freezing this time of year, although we did try it. Would definitely recommend to all and no doubt will be back in future. Thank you

The apartment is amazing and very very well laid out. Caters for all, modern and very very clean. Decorated to high standard. The outdoor pool and indoor spa facilities top it off. Again all maintained to a super high standard. Local Amenities are 5 min walk away and 15 into la zenia boulevard. Cant recommend enough. Loved our stay x

Booking Notes: Before your booking please note there is building work on the field opposite the apartment block.
There is a non-refundable booking deposit of 25% with the remainder paid 6 weeks before your holiday. The final payment should include an additional £100 security deposit which will be refunded to you upon confirmation that the apartment has been left in good condition and keys and spa pass returned. There is a cleaning fee of 60 Euros payable to the key holder on your arrival.
Long term winter lets can be arranged, contact owner.

Changeover Day:
We are flexible, but please see the availability calendar to check if dates are free. We normally ask people to vacate the property by 10AM on the final day and arrive after 4PM on first day to suit depending on other guests and the cleaning required.

Notes on prices:
Please note prices are based on the family of 4 (2+2)
Short stays up to 3 nights are charged @ £45.00 per night, for long stay extra nights are charged @ £30.00 in the lower price period and £43.00 in the high price period.
