Sleeps 4/6. 2 bedroom fully air-conditioned apartment on three levels. Downstairs is the living and dining area, and outdoor terrace, kitchen/utility room, WC cloak room. Stylish marble stairways lead up to the 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a further stairway leads up to the rooftop solarium. You can enjoy the sun all day from sunrise until sunset on the balcony terraces or rooftop solarium where you can enjoy coastal views of the Mediterranean sea. There are 7 championship golf courses within 10 to 30 mins drive – Roda, La Finca, La Torre, Lo Romero, Villa Martin, Campoamor & Las Ramblas. The local area has five beautiful EEC blue flagged beaches.

Why David Green chose San Miguel

The Royal Park Spa Resort is situated in Cabo Roig, Orihuela Costa in the Southern Costa Blanca. This small development is close to the coast and the renowned golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. The important tourist and commercial centre of Torrevieja is within easy reach. The area offers an abundance of beaches, marinas, golf courses, shopping and leisure centres. The area is easily accessible with Murcia airport less than 20 mins away and Alicante about a 40 min drive away. We bought this property because it is on a small quiet and a very relaxing complex, but close enough to the sea, beach, marina, banks, local squares with pubs, restaurants, tea house and shops for all requirements.

What makes this apartment unique

You can see the sea from all three of the terraces. It's not too close to the pool so it's never noisy. The onsite Gymnasium and Thermal Spa complex, the wellness zone, includes heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, hydromassage seats and beds, thermal beds, water cascades and water jets. The wellness zone is available all year round to keep your body and mind in constant harmony.

Lovely apartment in a lovely complex

I was really pleased with the apartment as it was exactly as the photos showed. It's great that it's on different levels and even in January, we managed to make use of the solarium..

The spa is fantastic and it makes such a difference to have this included, very relaxing. There was everything that we needed in the apartment and it was nice and clean.

We did lots of exploring and walked for miles from Campomar beach along to Cala de Capitan beach, a beautiful walk with stunning views.

We were only there for a few days, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great, would highly recommend!

We had a great time on our family holiday in David and Vicky’s apartment at the Royal Park Spa. The apartment was great and we really enjoyed our 2 weeks there ! It was very clean and tidy! The pool area was fantastic, very relaxing and the children loved it! They made quite a few friends there and really enjoyed playing in the pool! We would highly recommend and we are already looking at going back again next year!

Lovely apartment

We stopped at this apartment in May . A great place to spend a holiday . The apartment was very clean , well equipped and set in a quite location . Walking distance to several bars and restaurants . The spa facilities were great and came in handy on cloudy days. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wishing to stop in this area.

The local area has five beautiful EEC blue flagged beaches, which are cleaned daily, including La Zenia, Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Cala Capitan, La Glea and there are many smaller beaches along the coastline. There are excellent restaurants overlooking both Cabo Roig and Campoamor Marina, a maritime walk along the cliffs for walkers, and beach bars where you can enjoy a relaxing drink, listen to good music and cool down.


Fly to Alicante - Cabo Roig is 40 mins from airport.

Fly to Murcia - Cabo Roig is just 15 mins from airport.

Cheap flights available from Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch, Thompson.

Car hire available from airports.

Pick up and drop off can be arranged, from Alicante €60.00 ew and Murcia €40.00 ew


There are many local activities for all the family, including go-karting, horse riding, scuba diving and sea fishing. There are various markets in the area, the famous Saturday market in Playa Flamenca. The lovely town of Torrevieja is just a 10 min drive. The Zenia Boulevard new shopping village with 150 shops and restaurants just 5 min away. This is a biggest shopping centre in the province of Alicante.

Further Details:

A five minute drive away is the famous 'strip' of Cabo Roig, where excellent restaurants and night life.

The town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away, has a very traditional Spanish atmosphere and boasts lively night life with good nightclubs for the more energetic. Jet skis and other aqua equipment are available to hire on La Zenia and Campoamor beaches during the summer months. Scubaworld is a small diving centre located in Playa Flamenca that uses the PADI teaching system. La Zenia beach is only a 5 minute drive from the apartment.

Booking Notes: Before your booking please note the property is not registered with Holiday rental Valencian registry.
There is a non-refundable booking deposit of 25% with the remainder paid 6 weeks before your holiday. The final payment should include an additional £100 security deposit which will be refunded to you upon confirmation that the apartment has been left in good condition and keys and spa pass returned. There is a cleaning fee of 60 Euros payable to the key holder on your arrival.
Long term winter lets can be arranged, contact owner.

Changeover Day:
We are flexible, but please see the availability calendar to check if dates are free. We normally ask people to vacate the property by 10AM on the final day and arrive after 4PM on first day to suit depending on other guests and the cleaning required.

Notes on prices:
Please note prices are based on the family of 4 (2+2)
Short stays up to 3 nights are charged @ £50.00 per night, for long stay extra nights are charged @ £40.00 in the lower price period and £48.00 in the high price period.
