This modern apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sunny living room with south facing terrace and fully equipped kitchen. There are lovely sea views from the living room and even better views from the communal roof top terrace with its pool. Due to its central position, no car hire is needed as the beach is just 5 minutes walk, the mini-market is just 50m away and the huge choice of restaurants and gift shops are all walking distance. Alvor is a popular fishing village and is full of charm and character. The town of Portimão is just 5 minutes drive, whilst Lagos is 25 minutes drive. There are many golf courses nearby, such as Alto, Penina, Palmares and Morgado, to name just a few.
The apartment lived up to all our expectations and it was very clean, very well equipped and very well maintained. The spacious balcony faces due South, so it gets sunshine from sunrise to sunset and the sea views are simply amazing. Heike, the property manager, provided great customer service.
The location is amongst the best in Alvor: It is literally a 2 minute walk to the main restaurants and bars, yet remains very quiet at night.
We stayed here for 6 weeks from mid-Jan to end of Feb 2017 and we would certainly recommend it to friends and relatives.
My wife and I have just returned home from a fantastic 1 week stay in this wonderful apartment. The apartment had everything we needed including a small private pool on the roof terrace. The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect being in the centre of the beautiful village of Alvor. We found the owners agent Heike to be so helpful explaining the workings of the apartment to us fully even taking her time to explain how the electrical appliances in the kitchen worked. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean with wonderful views of the ocean. We would most definitely be back to this apartment and would certainly recommend it to family and friends.
We spent two months in this lovely apartment and it was just as advertised on the website. The apt. is very conveniently located in the pleasant village of Alvor and offered us all the amenities we needed for our stay. The sea view from the balcony was amazing and even more impressive from the roof top terrace. The apt. has very efficient inverter heaters and we were very cozy and comfortable during the few cooler days of February and early March. We would highly recommend this apt; as well, the owner is very approachable and helpful in every way.
We stayed at this apartment in April. It's a lovely apartment with every amenity you could ask for making it a real home from home. It is in one of the best areas in Alvor if you want to be close to the town. There is also a nice, private pool area on the roof although it's only a short 10 minute stroll to the wonderful beach Both the owner and agent were really helpful and friendly. We will definitely book again!
Property spotless and in a central location with short walk to beach or local bars and restaurants. Would recommend this apartment to others and found information provided by owner on owners direct site accurate and informative. The owners agent Heike was extremely helpful and pleasant and was only a phone call away if required. Would definitely book this apartment again and Alvor is one of our favourite places to holiday in due to its family friendly amenities.

Due to its position in the centre of Alvor village, many of the facilities are within walking distance. Theres is a "Vai e Vem" Citybus stop in front of the building.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of 25% will secure the booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A damage deposit of €200 (or £150) will be due on arrival, which is returned on vacation of the apartment once it has been checked and the keys returned to our agent. She is fluent in English, Portuguese and German. Discounts may be available for parties of 1 or 2.
Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible. Check-in time is 2pm, check-out time is 11am.

Cancellations:
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Up to 8 weeks prior to rental, there is no cancellation charge, but the deposit will be retained by the Owners. 4-8 weeks prior to rental, 50% of the monies paid will be refunded. Less than 4 weeks prior to rental, there is no refund except in case of exceptional circumstances.
