This luxury fully air-conditioned villa sleeps 6 in three large bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms with showers. It has a large private terrace and lawn overlooking a lovely private swimming pool measuring 5 X 12 meters. There are sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool. You can eat outside on the veranda around a table with 6 chairs. The veranda has a view of the sea plus views of the mountain to the side and rear of the villa. There is a BBQ to enjoy.

About Chris or Tricia

I live in England with my wife, we have two grown up children and three grand children. My wife and I spend most of our holidays in Cyprus where we have relatives and friends. We built the villa in 2006. We love St Georges because of the natural beauty of the area. We take family holidays in the villa including our grand children. The area is easily accessible with Paphos airport less than an hours drive away. For those who enjoy a more active holiday, you can do water skiing, fishing, bird watching, walking and sight seeing. You can enjoy good food in the comfort of the villa, but should you decide to eat out, there are few restaurants in the walking distance of around 15 minutes. For sea food lovers in particular, we recommend Akamas Fish Taverna.

Special interest holidays:

For those wanting to have a water sports holiday, there are many diving schools locally with everything from beginners courses to some superb wreck diving for the experienced diver. Due to the climate it is popular for both walking and cycling holidays.


Nearest beaches are 5 minutes by car: the famous Coral Bay with its golden sandy beaches is only 5 minutes drive. Corralia Beach to the right of the Coral Bay hotel is much quieter but is very attractive with safe bathing and an excellent restaurant/beach bar overlooking the sea. St George fishing port and St. George Churge is only 2 mins drive. Latchi,Tomb of the Kings beaches and Paphos harbour are all in easy reach. The famous Lara Beach (Sea Turtles) is half an hour drive.


Use of a car is recommended.

Nearest airport is Paphos International Airport which is a 45 minute drive from the villa.

There are tavernas (restaurants), supermarkets, shops, banks, bakery, butchers shop and gym at Peyia and Coral Bay both about 5kms away. Nearest restaurant from the villa is Akamas Fish Tavern around 5 minutes walk. 10 minute walk is Georges Ranch for those who like horse riding. Paphos birds park is 8 minutes walk and you can go go-carting which is 5 minute drive away. All seasons of the year are ideal for sightseeing and outdoor activities. Summers are always hot and rarely wet. Heat waves are relatively common and mostly happen during the months of July and August, when hot air masses come to Cyprus from the Sahara desert and the temperature can reach over 35°C. Paphos is the mythical birthplace of Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love and beauty. In Greco-Roman times Paphos was the island's capital, and it is famous for the remains of the Roman Governor's palace, where extensive, fine mosaics are a major tourist attraction. The apostle Paul of Tarsus visited the town during the first century. The town of Paphos is included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage.

  • Notes on accommodation: The villa is fully air-condidioned. Standard useage of electricity is included, up 50 units per day. This is very generous allowance if used sensibly. However, any useage of electricity over and above this daily allowance wil be charged at 35c per unit. Meter will be read on arrival and departure and any excessuseage will be charge. Villa is in the beautiful location of st georges close to the paphos zoo park, coral bay, the sea caves and paphos town centre. The villa is also within close proximity of the akamas peninsula which features a famous turtle hatchery at lara point and is one of the only unspoiled regions of cyprus for wildlife and natural habitats. Great location for exploring the area and walking. Outside: The villa in constructed within a large 4000 square metres garden/orchard with a fixed barbecue, a large swimming pool that measures 5 x 12 metres and has sunbeds and umbrellas to use. There is also a large garden table with 6 chairs. Utility Room: Utility room has wash basin, washing machine, ironing board and iron, storage cupboards. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen, bedding and towels are provided. Mid-cleaning is provided if staying for longer that one week. Visitors must bring their own beach towels. Other: Air-conditioning unit in each room with remote control. Large patio with table, chairs, fixed charcoal BBQ. Easy access by stairs to the pool from patio. Cot and highchair available.
