Large secluded patio overlooking private swimming pool. Sun loungers, dining table & chairs, and cooking facilities. Large lounge, with double bed settee, additional 2-seater settee. Flat screen TV, which can play DVDs and CDs. Fully equipped kitchen, with all you need for crockery, cutlery, glass wear etc. Table and 4 chairs. Ceiling fans in bedroom and lounge area. WC & separate shower room. Terracotta flooring throughout. Overlooking private swimming pool which enjoys the benefit of all-day sun. This is the largest ground floor apartment in the block. Local area information available within the apartment. Towels, bed linen, & cot available at an additional charge. No pets. Change over Saturday. Arrive 4 pm depart 10 am. All prices inclusive, no hidden extras.

We are English owners who purchased the apartment as new in 2004. We have furnished the apartment to a high standard and to suit our expectations as if we were renting the apartment ourselves. We spend as much time there as we are able.

The pool is exclusive for the residents of the apartment block, and is never overcrowded even in July & August.

The beaches in walking distance are again exclusive for residents of the area of Port Grimaud 2. Access to the road to the apartment and the beach, is restricted to residents of the area, and via security pass.

The area is exclusive, fashionable, clean, and offers everything one could wish for in a relaxing holiday. There are some breathtaking sites not to be missed particularly in the mountains, and quaint unspoilt local villages and French owned bars & restaurants.
