Short drive to Vale Do Lobo Praca/Beach/Restaurant area and only 10 minutes to Almancil where you will find Appolonia and ALDI Supermarkets. Vale Do Lobo Circuit bus stop only 50 yards away, International/English newspapers available at Vale Do Lobo Golf Club Post Office/Shop. UK TV via IPTV box, Broadband and Wi-Fi.

Perfect place to recharge your batteries
My husband and I stayed at this villa with two friends and found it to be of the highest standard. This is a beautiful place to relax and recharge your batteries. We found all we needed at the local supermarket so there was no need for us to "eat out" every evening although as we had a car, we did have a look around the vicinity and found everything we wanted. We would not hesitate in recommending this villa and would suggest rounding the evening off with a glass of wine and a relax in the jacuzzi
Excellent Accomodation in Lovely Location
This is a lovely villa situated in the Val Do Lobo Area. The accomodation was everything we could have wished for and the whole area well kept, The owners were friendly and helpful when arranging our stay and suggested places of interest that we could visit. The area has a lot to offer with a variety of sports facilities and long walks by the sea. As we had a rental car and were able make the most of the area during the time we spent there visiting some of the small villages and just enjoying the scenery. We had a fabulous holiday and would recommend this villa to anybody looking for that perfect break.
A bit disappointing
I think some of the exterior pictures of the property may be a bit misleading as they are actually of the villa plus the villa next door as the property itself is semidetached. The interior design is very eclectic. On arrival the property was clean but a very strong smell of damp. I would not have liked to have been staying or using the basement bedroom/living area which is where this smell seemed to be strongest. The master bedroom is spacious but the additional bedrooms and beds were very small. The Villa is well enough located close to the vale do lobo circuit bus stop which is a great service and I would highly recommending purchasing the cards to use this bus service. . Unfortunately there was a problem with the jacuzzi while we were there and we were unable to use. Also as the locks were broken on two sets of the patio doors we had to use the exterior shutters to secure the villa. The vale do lobo area itself is beautiful we travelled with 2 small children plenty to do for everyone great for families and we will definitely return next year just not to this particular villa.
Superb holiday rental
The perfect holiday rental in the Vale Do Lobo area. I stayed here for a week from 24 September with my girlfriend and two friends. The villa is well positioned, only a short walk from the golf club and set in a gated zone with beautiful views across the golf course. The villa is very well maintained and equipped and is exactly as described. Christopher was very helpful in the run up to the visit providing all the information we needed on directions, the villa and local attractions. Vale Do Lobo offers a fantastic selection of sporting and leisure activities with golf, tennis, spa, beaches and some superb restaurants and beach bars. I'd hugely recommend the area and this villa to any group of 4-6 hoping for an enjoyable and relaxing break in the sun.
Thoroughly enjoyable stay in a clean and spacious villa in lovely surroundings. Easy access to all the facilities in Val do Lobos by car or courtesy bus. Great beach for strolling along. Restaurant at the golf course recommended.
Great Holiday / Superb Villa
We booked this villa at fairly short notice after researching properties on the Owners Direct website. It was everything we could have hoped for: peaceful. well appointed, comfortable and homely. The children (ages 12 and 16) loved the basement room which gave us time to enjoy a glass of wine whilst overlooking the 8th fairway of the Vale do Lobo's Ocean Course.
The owners were very helpful in setting up the week and the information required and requested was always timely and forthcoming. This gave us great confidence in making the rental and helped justify our choice. This was matched the quality of the property.
We had a fantastic time and a great holiday and would certainly recommend this property.

The Algarve is no more than a few hours flying distance from most European airports and the villa is merely 20-25 minutes from the local (Faro) airport.”

Convenience store only a 15 minute walk away, Vale Do Lobo shopping (5 minutes by car) has a cash point, post office, newsagent, restaurant, bar, coffee shop, internet access, video games room for kids, Wine and spirits shop, hairdresser and full Spa facilities including a Gym and beauty parlour.
The Vale Do Lobo Circuit Bus Stop is literally 50 yards away on the opposite street corner and stops at the "SuperMercado" Convenience store, Golf Club/VDL Shopping, Praca/Beach and at the Vale Do Lobo tennis club which is right next to a Chinese Restaurant that also does take-away food...The "Supermercado"convenience store has freshly baked bread each day along with Milk, Juices, Beers, Wines, Bottled Water and general fresh/frozen food and groceries...
Appolonia Supermarket in Almancil has a bakery counter, deli counter, butcher and Fresh fish counter and stocks many English food brands. Most of the staff speak good english and all signs in the supermarket are written in Portuguese and English, there is also a large car Park and it is situated right opposite a Barclays Bank on the main street that runs through Almancil, they can also provide home deliveries. A little further down the street on the same side is an ALDI supermarket and recently a competitively priced Portuguese supermarket (Pingo Doce) has opened just back from Almancil's main street (N125) with signs in English/Portuguese...

Saturdays are the change-over day in high season, outside of high season this is negotiable depending on availability of the villa. Where possible the villa should be vacated by 10.00am on departure day,check-in is 2.00pm.
