This well situated, and comfortable 2 bedroomed ground floor apt offers panaromic views across the bay of Alcudia. The Port of Alcudia is an excellent choice for families or couples and this well known resort is brimming with activity and atmosphere. Mallorca is known for its beautiful beaches and you will not be disappointed, with the beach under two min's walking distance from the apt, all ages are catered for in this family orientated resort, sunbeds and sunshades are available, (local charges apply) as well as a children's playground and café/bars for that all important mid morning snack and ice cream! Guests can also choose to sunbathe & relax in the shared pool area that is located in well kept gardens, (no life guard facilities available). Within 10 metres walking distance to all the local amenities and resort centre, you will be spoilt for choice with the selection of souvenir shops & duty free shopping available during your stay, you will also find supermarkets.

Will be going again!

Stayed in this apartment with my wife and my 2 teenage boys. It was recommended to me by a friend who knew somebody who had stayed there a few years ago. On paper it looked and seemed exactly what we wanted! It was in fact far better. It had obviously had a recent complete makeover, and is obviously well cared for, not the normal privately owned apartment that we have been used to. I would certainly recommend it to anybody, and in fact we are going to book it again for next year (2017). If you are looking at this apartment, the description is exactly what it says, in fact the photos don't really do it justice, you should not be disappointed.

Ideal for the Ironman triathlon

This apartment is just the ticket. My wife and I stayed here whilst the Ironman competition was on. We were able to sit on the reasonably large balcony watching the runners literally run right past us. This apartment is ideal for anybody either competing in the Ironman or wanting to see it up close. It is very well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Very close to everything and right on the beach. Mark the manager was very helpful and friendly, and was always available on his mobile. We will definitely return, the sooner the better

Well presented and well positioned

This is one of the nicest and cleanest apartments' that we have ever stayed in in Mallorca. It is not too far from the shops, restaurants, bars and of course the beach. It has obviously been tastefully upgraded, and the description is totally accurate. Mark, the manager is very helpful and is always available on his mobile. We have already made enquiries about staying here next year.

Impressive Apartment

We have stayed in this apartment - and others within the blocks - for quite a few years now.

This apartment is in a different league to the others.

It's location and quality within is second to none.

It is also very clean and with all the mod cons you could wish for.

The letting agent is very friendly, approachable and does all possible to ensure you have a great stay.

We rate this place as top dollar.

Modern apartment in superb location

We arrived late but the manager was there to meet us with some basics in the fridge to start us off. The apartment was spotless with all mod cons- internet, satellite tv, safe, well equipped kitchen- whatever you needed it was there. The ground floor balcony was very spacious and well furnished with wonderful views of the sea. The pool area was well maintained with plenty of sun beds whatever the time of day. I have been visiting Alcudia for 10 years now and this is the best apartment I have stayed in and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Special interest holidays:

As we have been on Majorca for many years we can pass on our experience and arrange many activities to help make your stay more enjoyable, water skiing or boat trips. Just ask.

Coast/Beach:

The beautiful and safe beach is only a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There are bars serving drinks, snacks and full meals all within very easy walking distance, as is the marina. If you just want a very relaxing break without using taxis or walking long distances, this is the place for you! Just a short walk along the beach there are water sports on offer, and for those who want it, boats can be hired from the Marina, this is however expensive. Boat trips are available from the port.

Travel:

Palma Airport is approx 70km away. The Island has a good transportation network. Prior to your arrival we can arrange return airport transfers. Costs to be confimed at time of booking. There is also a very reliable shuttle service to and from the airport, please note that this can vary in pick up times and drop off times, so please check your arrival and dept times.

Distances:

You are in the hub of Port Alcudia. Outside the complex, taxis, buses and car hire are all near by.

Old Town Alcudia can be reached by foot which is approx 15 minutes walking distance.

Further Details:

Banks, cashpoints, supermarkets, medical services & chemists are all within the Port of Alcudia and close by.There are many local supermarkets for everyday needs .Should you want a larger supermarket there is a choice, one within a 20 minute walk and a Mercadona nearer the old town, just get a taxi and ask for a card, when you are ready to come back simply ring them and they will come and take you back, it's as simple as that!
