A 'contemporary' styled villa built in 2005, which we call 'The Haven' is perfectly situated between the sea and mountains, with wonderful views from either front or rear terraces. Located in a secluded area approximately 1 mile from the 'Lapta Strip', which hosts a variety of good restaurants and supermarkets. It is a 15-20 minute drive to Kyrenia shopping centre and harbour and approximately 40 minutes to a Championship Golf course. It benefits from an 8metre x 4metre illuminated overflow pool with a roman end. Local British caretaker on hand to ensure guests are well attended. Villa, gardens and pool are professionally maintained.

Our Villa is perfectly situated between the mountains and sea within walking distance to Beach ,Restaurants and local shops. Its situated in a quiet cul-de-sac but close to amenities and the main Lapta Road.

Special interest holidays:

The island has many historical places to visit and Kyrenia has a beautiful harbour setting. The monastery at Bellapais and the Castle at St Hillarian is well worth a visit. The warm clear waters of the eastern Mediterranean and ancient ship wrecks associated with the islands history make it perfect for scuba diving or for the less adventurous swimming or snorkeling in the many hidden coves along the coast.


There are a number of sandy beaches along the coast with the nearest only a few minutes walk away.


There are frequent flights from many UK airports to both Ercan and Larnaca. Transfer from Ercan is about 45 minutes and Larnaca is about 1hour and 30minutes .Private pick up or taxi can easily be arranged with the owner. Car hire is recommended.


A few minutes drive to Lapta Town, 15-20minutes to Kyrenia and 1 hour to the Capital Nicosia.

Currency is Turkish Lira and represents good value for eating out and purchasing provisions. English £'s and credit cards are taken and there are plenty of 'holes in the wall' for any additional cash that may be required.

In addition, there is a £100.00 refundable bond per booking against breakages or damages. This is returned a few days after your holiday rental ends subject to damages and breakages etc.

  • Notes on accommodation: All bedrooms are air conditioned. Have blackout curtains to cut out early morning brightness and fly nets fitted. Gas and water charges are included in rental price. Electricity is expensive but is incorporated up to an allowance of 200 units per week. This amount is plentiful, any excess units will be charged at cost and will be deducted from the security deposit. Smoking is not permitted within the villa (outside only). Outside: There is a gated entrance to the drive (with spaces for up to 3/4 vehicles) leading to the gravelled frontage, terraces and established gardens with shrubs and fruit trees. To the rear of the property is a private pool with a roman end measuring 8 metres x 4 metres, which can be illuminated at night. There is a poolside stone table to the rear terrace with seating for 6 people conveniently sited by the BBQ. There are poolside beds with liners and umbrellas. Gardens to the rear with shrubs and fruit trees. Any fruit that is available can be picked. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron, ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen included freshly changed before arrival. Some indoor towels and pool towels are included. Cleaning of the property is done before arrival and on vacating the property. caretaker is available when required. Other: The Dining area with French windows opens on to secluded front terracing. The front terrace has an additional 'stone dining table' offering comfortable seating for 6 and is ideal for alfresco dining.
