It is a newly built modern 2 bedroom apartment with fantastic countryside views. The apartment is on the ground floor and is all on one level. This is ideal for anyone who would prefer to avoid steps. Our apartment has been awarded 4 stars by VisitEngland. It is near to the main road into Fowey and has its own parking space. It is approx 10-15 min walk into Fowey or a 5 min drive. It is a 5 minute walk from the main bus route in and out of Fowey. Fowey also offers a shuttle bus that will take you anywhere in Fowey. The nearest beaches are Readymoney and Polkerris beach. You can walk to Readymoney within 15 minutes. Polkerris beach is a 5 minute drive away.

I live in England with my husband and 2 young children. We spend most of our freetime visiting Cornwall, as we have really fallen in love with the county. We always feel recharged after a visit here. It must be the sea air.

Why Gill Strang chose Newquay & St Austell area

My husband has been coming to Fowey long before he could walk. His grandparents lived here and so when an opportunity arose to purchase a property we jumped at it, as we wanted our children to experience the magic of Cornwall too. We love the fact that Fowey is not just a seasonal town.

What makes this apartment unique

The property is just 10 to 15 minutes walk from Fowey itself. The apartment is convenient for the main road in and out of Fowey, so it has easy access to the A38 and A30. This means you can get around Cornwall with ease. The apartment is very contemporary and extremely quiet. It has its own parking space. The property is ideal for families as well as people with limited mobility as there are no stairs to or in the apartment itself.

A lovely ground floor apartment with easy access. Well located for visiting surrounding area and attractions. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and a lovely view from the lounge window. Would recommend this property to anyone staying in this area. John and Margaret.( Durham )

Beautiful clean, quiet apartment

Loved this apartment, beautiful views, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday. We brought our daughter and granddaughter with us & they both loved it too. Plenty of toys & DVDs to keep a 4 year old happy! It's far enough away from Fowey centre to not hear the church bell but close enough to walk into town. There's also a town bus you can catch from the main car park if you don't feel like walking. Must add that the correspondence between Gill, the owner, and myself was exceptional. She was very understanding and accommodating about key pick up when we found out that we couldn't arrive as early as we had planned. I would not hesitate booking this apartment again and thoroughly recommend it. Thank you Gill!

Beautiful place to stay

We came to Fowey for a wedding & this was the perfect place to stay. Beautiful apartment with stunning views that, it had everything you could need & felt really homely & clean we didn't want to leave. It was only a short drive from the town or a small taxi fare which we used quite often. We will definitely be recommending it to family & friends. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

Sublime so peaceful

Having spent a couple of holidays in Fowey and outside ,visiting this apartment for the first time . Spacious lovely lay out every thing you will need if you were living here which I could of done quite easily ,

view of the countryside to the rear tranquility

Lovely walk down into Fowey walk back if your energetic we did this on a full tum having been fed at SAMs bistro wasn't so quick getting back haha though you can drive and easily park closer or catch the local Fowey bus outside the church .

We had a fabulous holiday owners Carole@ Joe well done indeed will define lay be staying here many times in future

We have just returned from a lovely week spent at Trevean View. The apartment was exactly as advertised, spotless, very modern and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was very warm and cosy with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside from the large bay window. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment to all.

Fabulous Find

We loved this fabulous apartment. It was situated on the way into Fowey. It worked well as we could walk into the town, as cars are a bit of a problem with the tiny, single roads. The apartment is spotlessly clean. Very well equipped and very tastefully furnished. It is very very quite for an apartment. We expected a bit of noisy but we heard none. The kitchen had a little starter pack of a cloth, bin bag and 2 dishwasher tablets....which I thought was a great idea. Kitchen roll was there and toilet rolls to. Also, plenty of towels. You enter the apartment on the ground level so its great for anybody with a disability or someone that finds stairs a problem. This apartment comes highly recommended by me :-)

Short breaks available (minimum of 3 nights)- We quote weekly rates on the website. For bookings less than a week, our daily rates are slightly higher, as a full week's booking is not possible when a few days have been booked and our laundry and cleaning costs are the same.

Friday. Apartment available from 3pm on day of arrival. Departure by 10am.

We require a 30% deposit to secure booking and balance of final payment, 4 weeks before holiday date.
