Set in the old town under the Moorish castle. Lovely unique cottage with gorgeous terrace.

Set in the old town of Salobrena, this lovely house has a large mult-functional roof terrace with stunning views of the Sierra Nevada mountains. The house is nestled close beneath the Moorish castle. It is fully equipped with open plan living area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Satalite TV and stereo. The roof has barbecue, dining table and sun loungers. It also has comfortable chairs for sitting underneath the Pergola if in need of shade. The stunning views of the mountains are seen from all over the house not just the roof terrace.

My name is Judi Peate. I run a campsite Near Morlaix in Brittany and own a small house in Salobrena, we live most of the time in Cornwall when not in France or Spain. We have a son named Morgan who is an actor.

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 89 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Salobrena at 1.5 Kilometres Car: not necessary


There are 3 differant beaches in the bay of Salobrena, it takes 5-10 minutes by car or if walking 20 mins to the nearest beach from the house.


1 hour to Granada.

1 hour and 30 minutes to Malaga.


Motril, 4 kilometres.

Almuneacar is 12 kilometres away.

Nerja, 25 kilometres.

Granada 63 kilometres.

Further Details:

A large variety of local shops/bars/Resturants are accessible both in the town and along the seafront.

Booking Notes:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking. This can be paid by cheque/post or directly into my account in the UK.
We do a sliding scale price if you wish to stay two /three/four weeks.
One week is £300 two weeks is£550 3 weeks is £750 Four weeks is £900. Any longer can be negotiated.
Two weeks: £450.
three weeks: £650.
Four weeks: £ £800.
Over the Xmas holiday the Price will be £350 per week

Changeover Day:
Saturday is the preferred changeover day. Due to some airlines making it easier and cheaper midweek, we can also offer midweek changeovers as well.

  • Notes on accommodation: 2 bedrooms, sofa beds in living room for extra accommodation. Outside: Very large roof terrace with barbecue, large outdoor table and chairs. Extra Chairs, 3 sun loungers. Sun all day. Pergola; sofa bed, small table with chairs. Perfect for shade. Front Porch has coffee/breakfast table and chairs. Cleaning and service: Towels and Linen are included. The property is cleaned weekly as is the linen. Guests staying for two weeks get a linen change weekly.
