Threshing Barn has access for all levels of disability and comprises of two storeys with enough room for everyone.

The ground floor's open-plan lounge and kitchen/diner blends uncompromising comfort with effortless practicality perfectly and has been especially created with families in mind. Downstairs, there is a bedroom with 3 single beds and wheelchair accessible shower room.

Venture upstairs and you'll be delighted with two welcoming bedrooms: one double bedroom with en-suite and one bedroom with two single beds and en-suite.

Cooker, fridge, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, colour TV, oil-fired central heating, wood burning stove, duvets and bed linen supplied. Patio garden.

Pets Allowed. Extras by special request - Shower chair, travel cot, high chair.

Four converted barns dating back some 300 hundred years set within our farm in the spendid Nar Valley. Each holiday cottage provides a blend of uncompromising comfort with effortless practicality. Our Cottages have all the facilities for a fantastic holiday with oil fired central heating for the colder months and wood burning stoves or open fire. The cottages have been created with families in mind and are suitable for those with disabilities (except for Granary). Ample private parking available. Pets are allowed. FREE WIFI

We lovingly converted the barns on our farm into holiday cottages which date back some 300 years, set nestled on our working farm in the historic village of Pentney our location offers peace, quiet and beautiful surroundings with easy access to explore Norfolk.

What makes this cottage unique

Our cottages provide you with a perfect place to relax and reflect after a lovely day walking in the countryside, a gentle bicycle ride or a leisurely afternoon fishing on the river bank. Nearby are some great places to eat and drink most serving local produce.

If it's an adventure you are after then our cottages are ideally located to explore the historic village of Pentney, Swaffham, Kings Lynn, Norwich and the coast is just short distance away. Each of our cottages are warm and welcoming - a place you can come back to find tranquility, complete peace of mind and a well-earned rest.

A luxury spa, which combines state-of-the-art facilities with gorgeous views of unspoilt countryside, is available for guest to use as well as a gym and indoor swimming pool.

    Usually Saturday Guests should leave by 10am and arrive 3.30pm onwards. After 7pm, please phone to give approx time of arrival. Short Breaks available.

Coast/Beach:

Within a driving distance of approx 25 minutes is the Beautiful North Norfolk Coast. Watch the geese at Snettisham in the winter, bathe in the sea at Hunstanton, Holme, Brancaster, Holkham in the summer. Go Crabbing on Wells Quay. Partake in some watersports at Brancaster Staithe or take the ferry out and explore Scolt Head Island from Burnham Overy Staithe.

Travel:

The Nearest Airports are Norwich and Stansted, Norwich being the closest some 45 minutes drive away. It is a rural area so having a car is beneficial but not essential. The nearest bus stop is approx 1 mile away. The nearest train station is King's Lynn.

Distances:

Historic Pentney Village 5 minutes. Kings Lynn Town 10 Minutes. Swaffham 10 Minutes. Norwich 40 Minutes. Local chinese takeway/restaurant 500 metres. Village shop 1 mile. Plenty of bird watching and nature opportunities locally. Foot paths and Bridle paths to walk (Nar Valley Way).
